Cons:

That its only 1 floor that has washer and dryer and everybody using it. It could be 1 on each floor

The staff is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient; everything is run smoothly and kept very clean.
Pros:

The staff is amazing and the hotel has access to restaurants, various stores, and shopping centers. This has been my go to location when in town. Oh also the scent of wacky weeds in the hallways 24/7 is bothersome. It’s kind of stale as well maybe a good airing out would help. Other than that, it’s very clean, secure, and runs smoothly!

Cons:

Well this is new, they no longer offer free wi-fi, which was inconvenient for me due to me working remotely. Thank goodness, I always have a backup, however didn’t expect that they no longer offered this convenience. This might not be a big deal for most, but for me I’m used to the locations I salary at offering this.

Excellent.
Pros:

The room was nice ,the bed comfortable and they were cleaning every day. they were changing towels every day. There was free parking. You could take the bus opposite the hotel at the bus station and go the metro station in ten minutes. downtown was 30 far by metro red line . Very easy to go everywhere.
