Saigon Vinh Long Hotel

Das Hotel ist etwas heruntergekommen und recht schmutzig. Gardinen in der Lobby haben Löcher und sind zerrissen, die Sitzgarnitur in der Lobby hat viele Flecken. Auch das Zimmer (Nr. 1111) sah ähnlich aus. Flecken an den Wänden, Feuchtigkeitsflecken an der Decke....die Mängel ließen sich beliebig fortführen. Der Pool war während meines 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht zugänglich. Ich habe die Mängel fotografiert.

Omg. This should NOT be a hotel, it’s dirty and run down- I swear a motel 6 in the US is 10x better than this! When I got there- no one helped me with my luggage - fine- then I upgrade my room to king bed- paid for extra- for a room that has mold in the shower, mold in the shower head and when I went to laid down- the sheets were dirty!!!! I called and they said they will “look” at it. They finally changed it. I couldn’t sleep that night. I booked 3 nights and but left the next morning. When I left early! No one asked me why- no one open the door so I can push my big luggage out… nothing… I can’t believe it. I came back only to visit family and this was the biggest hotel there. I can’t believe this- I swear it doesn’t pass any health and safety code. Please do not stay here. I contacted hotels.com but they are not able to refund me- which is fine- but it’s because the hotel can’t fill that room! haha! I’m glad they can’t fill that room- I would t wish anyone that bad fortune of staying there.

The property was nice and the staff were friendly.

Big hotel in Vĩnh Long but kinda old everything is old didn’t do any remodeling. Now 2024 TV still have old models no YouTube or Netflix ect. Hallways walk carpet very old didn’t replace. Room door got stuck lock me out last night. A lot of things is bad hard to explain. I Just recommend stay some where else not this hotel that all.

Well booked this hotel , as heard it was good and wanted a lovely view of the river and town , stayed there 23 December one night with breakfast,was £84 for the night which is expensive room 1101 overlooking river, got it for £60 because she worked for the company, looks nice from outside , nice as you walk in , staff nice , went to our Room 11 th Floor , stunning views from room .
Walked in , Room not hovered AT ALL😒
Had to unblock shower drain as was starting to flood bathroom when I had a shower, one of small towel (dirty )☹️ mirror Dirty not cleaned ☹️Bath had big window between Room and bathroom, very dirty , hasn’t been cleaned for a while ,in Morning went for breakfast, last orders close at 10
Got there 9,30 they were putting stuff AWAY, it was on 5th floor because they had 2 weddings today , , FOOD was nearly gone , we were last people there it looked like , as they stopped clearing, must of thought NO one else was coming , we were RUSHED it felt like
All in All it was a wast of money staying there ,I’d be pissed off if I’d paid £84, Even £60 could of got a £34 Room and I would of been happy, Room DIRTY not Cleaned, we had to unblock drain ☹️breakfast very POOR
Would not recommend this place to anyone , lát time I GO there as well

Best hotel in Vĩnh Long Province
Breakfast: 8/10- both Vietnamese and Western style
Staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
Room were clean, modern with river view.
Location: very center
There are many restaurants that nearby the hotel.
There is one big square in front of the hotel. If you plan to go for a walk then it should be a good choice!

The hotel location is convenient. It's quiet and having a good view of the river. The room is okay, the floor should be vacuum since there's lots of hairs on it. In general, it's okay.

There is nothing to do in this city.

clean, quiet hotel. but staying here 4 nights feel like a prison. internet is too slow. you can't even watch YouTube. video freezes every 10-15s for 4 days. their phones have been broken for the past 3 years (I had stayed here 3 times before) and they are still not replaced. the maintenance woman lied and tried to tell me it's the phone company's fault. I told her no, it wasn't. then she admitted the phones needed to be replaced.

Fairly new accommodations but without that final high standard of finish. Some facilities advertised were not built as yet e.g. bar area.

The SVL has an opulent entrance and the staff are charming and do everything possible to help. Our room was large and very clean with a lovely comfortable bed and pillows.. We just stayed one night and the breakfast choices were impressive.
