"كانت إقامتي في فندق نابليون باريس من أجمل تجارب السفر التي مررت بها. منذ اللحظة الأولى شعرت بالرقي وكأنني في قلب باريس فعلاً. الموقع استراتيجي جداً قريب من قوس النصر والشانزلزيه مما جعل التجول سهلاً وممتعاً. النظافة كانت استثنائية مع تنظيف الغرفة مرتين يومياً واهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل. طاقم الفندق كان قمة في الاحترافية والاحترام وكل الموظفين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين بشكل رائع. أكثر ما أعجبني هو سرعة استرجاع مبلغ التأمين حيث تم إعادة المبلغ مباشرة عند تسجيل الخروج مما يعكس مستوى عالي من المصداقية. التصميم أنيق جداً بطابع فرنسي كلاسيكي فاخر يذكر بباريس في عصورها الجميلة مما أضاف سحراً خاصاً للإقامة. شعرت فعلاً أنني أسكن في قلب باريس بكل تفاصيلها الجميلة. كانت تجربة فاقت جميع توقعاتي، وأتطلع بحماس للعودة مرة أخرى، خصوصاً في فصل الشتاء. تقييمي5 من 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

The room was very dusty, and the pillows were too firm. The drinking water was provided in cans or Tetra Pak cartons, but although there were three people staying in the room, water was only provided for two. We constantly had to look for a housekeeper to ask for extra water because the phone in our room did not work throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue to the reception on the second day and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done.
