Pros:

Шикарный отель, номера с видом на Эйфелеву башню на последнем этаже. Очень хороший ресторан с выбор разнообразных блюд на любой вкус, парковка через дорогу от отеля по цене 50 евро сутки.

Le bâtiment , sa structure en lui meme et sa situation géographique ont tout pour en faire un grand hotel élégant 5 étoiles.

J'ai été extrêmement déçu par le rapport qualité prix de l'établissement, les services et le manque totale de d'élégance par rapport à ce que l'hotel promeut sur son site.
Lors de mon séjour à Paris j'ai eu une urgence médicale et afin de me remettre sur pied j'ai choisi cet hotel 5 étoiles pour m'assurer d'être dans de bonnes mains et dans un confort optimal. (entre autre manger sur place)
Or j'ai été déçu par absolument tout : La froideur des personnes à mon accueil, la chambre vieillissante avec un mur entièrement recouvert de taches d'humidité. Le menu du room service d'un "autre temps", ils ne proposent rien de sophistiqué, pas de salades, ni d'option "healthy"- le menu m'a fait penser à une carte d'un hotel d'aéroport ou d'autoroute.
Le petit déjeuner est banal et on vous sert un cappuccino payant qui provient d'une machine automatique, les fruits de saison sont de simples cubes versé dans un bol, absolument rien n'est sophistiqué.
Je voulais utiliser la télévision dans ma chambre mais elle était petite et placée dans un recoin caché par les rideaux des fenêtres...
J'ai finalement du acheter à manger à l'extérieur mais là aussi pour réchauffer mes plats j'ai eu le sentiment que je dérangeais l'équipe.

Je suis resté 4 nuits au total et ce n'est qu'au check out qu'une personne très polie à eu l'égard de me demander comment j'allais et à été convenable et avenante.

Et donc à l'attention du management je vous recommande de faire un point sur vos standards d'accueil et de services car on est vraiment loin de ce que l'on attends d'un hotel 5 étoiles près de champ élysées.

Pros:

Business trip, in the magic Paris. This Hotel, an huge building not too far from the heart of the commercial heat. Not bad, not insanely good. I'd say just good, an old fashioned choice. Huge room, decent cleaning. Breakfast at a good prize. Staff was kind and smart.
