Staff were v professional, helpful and prompt service delivered.
Pros:

Central location. Rooms were so beautiful, quiet and beds firm and comfortable. Bathroom was well designed and water from showers were strong. Restaurants and lobby all beautifully designed.

Cons:

One Bathrobe was a bit worn out. But the staff was v responsive and told me they would check n change it.

Un edificio con du gente que te hace sentir Super !!
Pros:

Todo nos gustó!!!
El edificio impactante , muy bien ubicado, todo impecable y tan hermosísimo , sus alfombras en los pasillos , los objetos de arte, cada reloj que te va acompañando en tu estadía . Ahora el personal es un plus que sin dudas le suman una estrella al hotel.
Pasamos domingo de Pascua y al llegar en la habitación teníamos un huevito de chocolate y un mensaje manuscrito de bienvenida. Al igual que al finalizar la estadía nos obsequiaron dos aguas y dos cajitas de chocolate para el viaje.

Cons:

Todo me gustó.

Dejligt hotel med fantastik personale og service.
Morgenmad er i en klasse for sig selv.
Hvis man har bestilt med parkering, så skal man holde udenfor hotellet og så tager personalet bilen og parkerer den.

Cons:

Da vi ankommer kan vi ikke finde en parkeringsplads og det er lidt forvirrende. MEN man skal bare kører op foran hotellet, så parkere personalen bilen. Det kunne godt have været bedre beskrevet ved bekræftelsen.
