Pros:

Otel genel olarak modern, temiz ve oldukça ferah. Odamız güzel, konforlu ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak düzeydeydi. Kahvaltısı temiz ve yeterliydi. Sakin bir konumda bulunması dinlenmek açısından oldukça güzel.

Şehir merkezine yürüyerek yaklaşık 15–20 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Araçla gelenler için vale hizmeti sunulması güzel bir avantaj. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı bulunmuyor, araçlar arka sokaktaki park alanına götürülüyor.

Genel olarak temizliği, ferah odaları, sakin atmosferi ve sunduğu hizmetlerle memnun kaldığımız güzel bir oteldi.

Ugodno mjesto sa odličnom lokacijom u koje ćemo se vratiti.
Pros:

Jako nam se svidjela lokacija i unutrašnjost hotela. Volimo elegantne objekte koji imaju dašak povijesti. Doručak je bio izvrstan zaista. Osoblje uslužno i brzo.

Cons:

Smatram da bi oštećeni namještaj trebalo adekvatno popraviti. Primjer soba 615 ulazna vrata i vrata od kupatila. Tepih ispod kreveta bi trebalo osvježiti. Osoblje hotela je dosta dobro, brzo kod usluge, ali voljela bih jedino kad nebi morala čuti njihove privatne razgovore koje vode među sobom. Mislim da je to segment visokokategornika.

A gorgeous indulgent stay in a beautiful city steps away from the main square.
Pros:

We loved this gorgeous, stately hotel right in the centre of Zagreb. Housed in a freshly renovated heritage bank building the hotel is luxurious and beautifully and tastefully decorated and styled. Staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are huge and indulgent with high ceilings. A wonderful stay.

Cons:

Nothing but milk would be good for morning coffee with the in room coffee machine.
