Opción de alojamiento excelente en Zagreb
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene unas instalaciones excelentes. El personal es muy atento y servicial. El desayuno es bastante completo. La ubicación es muy próxima a la plaza principal.

Cons:

Que se escucha mucho el sonido de los tranvías al pasar por la calle.
La limpieza de la habitación no está mal pero es algo mejorable sobre todo la del baño.

Excellent stay in Zagreb!
Pros:

Beautiful building, very diverse and fresh breakfast, kind and helpful staff, comfortable and quiet room, good services including fitness room, checkout later than other hotels (12h00), in the heart of the city which makes it easy to discover Zagreb. Overall exceptional stay.

Cons:

As a suggestion, it would be a thoughtful addition to include one or two complimentary sanitary products in the bathroom as part of the essential amenities to make the stay even more comfortable for female guests.

Excellent hotel in all aspects
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel that oozed style and comfort, from the reception and lobby area, to the dining room, hotel room and bathroom. Faultless in all aspects, from the size and design of the room, the toiletries, coffee and tea-making, free water and most importantly for me, excellent black-out curtains, super air-conditioning and comfy bed. Breakfast was lavish, with ample choice. The hotel is a five minute walk away from the main square. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. We were travelling with a car and they helped us sort out parking too.

מיקום מצויין באמצע זגרב. המלון כולל חניה בתשלום (28 יורו) גם לרכב גדול. מלון נעים ומתוחזק. צוות נחמד ויעיל מאוד.

Cons:

חדרי ה-״נוף לעיר״ על רחוב ראשי ולכן יש רעש של חשמליות. זה חלק מהמחיר של המיקום המצויין, אבל למי שהרעש מפריע כדאי לקחת חדרים אחוריים.

Τοποθεσία 2 τετράγωνα από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ζάγκρεμπ. Ανετο, καθαρό, φωτεινό δωμάτιο, όμορφο design. Ιδιαίτερα καλής ποιότητας λευκά είδη. Ξεκούραστο στρώμα. Νόστιμο πρωινό, με αρκετή ποικιλία.

Historic and memorable stay in the heart of Zagreb
Pros:

The hotel located near the historic square of Zagreb. Additionally, the service is exceptional and the hotel ambience really worth the experience

Cons:

During our stay, the hotel cleanliness does leave something to be improved on. That being said, the hotel receptionist did indeed go above and beyond of managing customer’s satisfaction as well. Finally, do note that there is no tram stop near the hotel
