Wonderful day and a half stay in the heart of Zagreb.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a great bar and a very comfortable room. We had a Superior Room with Atrium view, although the “atrium” wasn’t anything other than a patch of turf.

Cons:

Arriving with a car was a tad stressful, as the trams come down the road the hotel entrance is on. As Americans, we were a bit confused on where to pull up our rental car, but it all worked out.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Zagreb
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel. The location, the rooms, the service and the breakfasts were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were incredible. Made us feel very special and well looked after. We were there for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The room was often too warm at night, with very hot doona only. Spare thin cotton blankets would have been a good option for guests who dislike doonas.

Great location, the person who checked me was was very professional and hospitable, room and toiletries fabulous

The bar staff were not engaged and were complaining about their own lives to each other’s and not attentive to guests

Geweldige en stijlvolle kamer
Pros:

De kamer is prachtig, netjes, in orde met een authentieke stijl en grote badkamer. Er is ook een heel fijn terras. De conciërge Nikita is supervriendelijk en de ontvangst was heel hartelijk.
