Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times with positive outcomes, however our recent stay in room # 23 was a different story. For whatever reason there was ongoing banging coming from the heating system that prevented us from sleeping the entire night. The check-in was also tedious. We had booked with expedia so had our confirmation # with us and still it took 20 min to sign in.
We will be rethinking our accommodations next time we're there to go fishing.

Overall great place to stay- convenient- only negative would be no separate bathroom and kitchen sink- otherwise quiet and clean- food delivery service good and near by
