Lage war perfekt, S- Bahnstation und Musical- Location in unmittelbarer Nähe

Wartezeit an der Rezeption wegen hohem Gästeaufkommen
Abendessen entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen: Salate und Desserts waren ok, das warme Buffet war geschmacklich und optisch bei weitem nicht optimal, um es noch vorsichtig auszudrücken...

Diese war unbeschreiblich schön.

Cons:

Die Rezeptionistin war unfreundlich. Keine Empathie. Das Zimmer hatte einige Mängel, worauf an der Rezeption nicht eingegangen wurde.
Der Safe konnte durch uns nicht geöffnet werden. Keine Hilfe bis zur Abreise.
Die Gardine war zerrissen. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht durch die dafür vorgesehene Kurbel bedienen.

Essen war nicht frisch. Die Tomaten schmeckten gährig. Der Mozzarella war hart.
Auf dem Kochschinken unter der Folie war eine Schmeisfliege. Worauf diese Scheibe abgegeben wurde. Jedoch sagte die Servicekraft dazu nichts. Käsescheiben wahrscheinlich vom Vortag, so wie die aussahen.
Für 24 Euro Frühstückskosten pro Person Ist dies eine Frechheit. Wir waren vor einigen Jahren in diesen Domero Hotel und da war der Service so was von in Ordnung. Seitdem das Frühstück in diesem Restaurant ist, lässt der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht, unsere mitreisenden Bekannten waren sehr enttäuscht für diesen Preis.
Wir haben uns für sie schon geschämt, denn wir hatten es ja gebucht.
Wir werden für dieses Hotel keine weitere positive Werbung machen, trotz der super Lage zu den Musicals, die wirklich Spitze waren.

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Musicalbesuch auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn. Fußläufig sind beide Musicals sowie Restaurants, U-Bahn-Station, Casino, Therme zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei. Unser Zimmer und das Bad war sehr geräumig. Vom Autobahnlärm war bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts zu hören.

Cons:

Wir wurden morgens um halb acht (in der Woche) und kurz vor acht Uhr (am Samsatag) von Baulärm geweckt, obwohl laut Rezeption Bauarbeiten erst ab 10 Uhr stattfinden sollten. Die Parkgebühren im angeschlossenen Parkhaus sind bei Begleichung im Hotel höher, als am Parscheinautomat. Die Badewanne im Bad sollte mal generalüberholt werden, vor allem die Fugen.
