Keine Klimanlage, Zimmer mit 35 grad .. Katastrophe- nie wieder!
Cons:

An der Rezeption wurde erst abgerechnet dann mitgeteilt dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hätte. Das Zimmer lag im 16. Stock Westseite und hatte gefühlte 35 grad. Ein kleiner Lüfter stand da.. der aber natürlich ein Witz war. Das Fenster war gekippt und ließ sich nicht schließen. Dadurch war auch noch Lärm von draußen da. Zu einem Zimmerwechsel war man nicht bereit. Ich habe mir dann nach einer Stunde eine neue Unterkunft suchen müssen.

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und man konnte nur 1 Fenster kippen (leider nicht öffnen) und hatten somit über 30 Grad im Zimmer

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working. The temperature inside was 35°C, and the window was broken and couldn’t be opened. There was no fresh air in the room.

Hoffentlich wird es sich bald ändern...
Pros:

Das einzige was ich hier positiv hervorheben möchte ist das Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr bemüht und schafft es trotz aller Wiedrigkeiten ein schönes Frühstück zu zaubern! Mein Lob an das Frühstücksteam.

Cons:

Zum Rest wollte ich mich nicht äußern, aber hier ist sehr vieles im Argen. Ich hoffe, dass sich dies bald ändert, denn das Hotel war mal eine Topadresse für Geschäftsreisende und Leute die in das Musical gegangen sind. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Was soll ich sagen?
Meiner Meinung nach ist es eines der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalte gewesen die ich je hatte.
Bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur waren es im Zimmer 31 Grad. Klimaanlage? Aussage der Rezeption „haben wir nicht“ die eingebaute Lüftung? Funktioniert nicht. Aber hey immerhin waren die Zudecken die dicksten Winterdaunendecken. Zumindest konnte man den Bezug abmachen und nur diesen als Zudecke nutzen.
Insgesamt sind die Zimmer modern wirken aber irgendwie kalt und unfertig.

Schlaflose Nächte auf Montage bei 30 Grad im Zimmer – Vorzeitiger Abbruch
Cons:

Wenn man auf Montage ist, braucht man abends ein kühles Zimmer und guten Schlaf. Das war im DORMERO Stuttgart vom 16.06. bis 18.06. unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage war komplett defekt. Bei 30 Grad im Zimmer und einem fetten Federbett als einziger Zudecke war an Erholung nicht zu denken. Wir haben letztendlich sogar einen Tag früher ausgecheckt und uns etwas anderes gesucht, weil es einfach nicht mehr auszuhalten war. Sehr enttäuschend für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.
