Tolle Lage, Bett war gut und Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer waren ok, leider wurde im Zimmer über mir renoviert und schon um 07:00 Uhr angefangen. Sonst alles ok

Pros:

Ich liebe die tollen Betten. Super 2 Kissen. Kostenlose minibar. Tolle nähe zu den musicaltheatern, gute Öpnv Anbindung.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr steril. Unpersönlich.Mussten Zimmer wechseln, da tv nicht funktionierte. Fenster ließ sich trotz Vorrichtung nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige. Waren schon öfter dort, aber es verschlechtert sich immer mehr. Frühstück viel zu teuer. Lokale alle geschlossen. Das nette cafe wurde durch SB kiosk mit utopischen Preisen ersetzt. Schade. Hoffe das wird wieder.

Übernachtung mit Musicalbesuch
Pros:

Für einen Musicalbesuch ist es ideal, da sich das Theater und das Hotel im gleichen Komplex befindet.

Cons:

Wir kamen etwas zu früh an und wurden leider recht unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass der Check-in erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich ist. Da bei dem schlechten Wetter in der Umgebung kaum Ausweichmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren und viele Geschäfte erst am Nachmittag öffnen, mussten wir die Wartezeit in der Lobby verbringen.

Personal an der Rezeption!!!
Mein Auto wurde abgeschleppt – aufgrund einer falschen Auskunft Ihrer Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Sie hat mir eine falsche Information gegeben, auf die ich mich verlassen habe. Dadurch wurde mein Fahrzeug abgeschleppt und mir sind € 444,00 an Abschleppkosten entstanden.
