Cons:

Room was small, cost $20. More than quoted. Preformed breakfast eggs with peppers only. I asked if there was any other and they said no, then I found hard boiled eggs at the end of the counter. Just the whole vibe was pretty lackluster not what I expect from a Hampton. There was no closet in the room, just small and old but they had redone everything pretty well. If you're looking for something nice this is not it definitely not for $180 a night could have stayed at a much cheaper Hotel. I thought there was some kind of view from reading through the advertisement but maybe I misread there was two Hamptons probably not more than 2 miles away from each other. I can't imagine that the other one having a view would have been $20 less.

Avoid this rude property!

Front desk was horribly rude.
Would not let us check in early, BUT charged us for parking without checking us in.
We did not stay and demand a refund.

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to ask the little shops and restaurants. And very close to all the things we wanted to go see.

Cons:

Everything about the room was great, we just had incredibly loud neighbors who were screaming, banging stuff on the walls, and watching movies and TikToks as loud as possible

The breakfast was not that great. The Hampton Inn down the street was a better value

They were doing construction next door and the hallway was a mess. They never vacuumed the whole time we were there.

Stay was good but aftermath was very stressful

The facility was good and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Check-in was late. Without my knowledge, Two $250 charges were added to my credit card after checkout. When I saw this 3 days later, I called the hotel and after being kept on hold was told that this was because housekeeping noticed a hole in the wall. I told them that there was no hole when we checked out and that we were 2 senior citizens in that room who would be incapable of doing that. I spoke with the manager and got no satisfaction to resolve the issue. Also, the hotel never notified me of this, just charging my credit card two $250 charges. Very poor customer service! It’s being disputed with my credit card company

Clean, quality breakfast

It was a good place to stay. The breakfast was better at most for the same price

No volveremos nunca más a este hotel. No sé merece llevar el nombre Hilton

Nos llenamos de picaduras de pulgas. Muchas muchas!!!
