Location was good
Parking was bad for 18$ had to park in a no parking zone and one night in EV location.
Nice, friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Not too far from downtown. Courtesy shuttle to trolley stops.
Tight parking, but thanks to the staff for being accommodating and finding us a spot
Very nice facility with well maintained rooms and common areas
Inadequate parking.
Everything
Pricing great
Decent rooms
The kitchen staff could be friendlier as well as clean tables when people leave them, you shouldn’t have to ask when they’re not busy. Breakfast was sub par.
You Should not have to pay for parking at any hotel, also Booking.com says parking is 15.00 and the hotel says 18.00, I spoke to James regarding this and he said he would fix it without a problem, ( He was very nice) but when I got my e mailed receipt, I was still charged 18.00 for 3 days out of 5.
The breakfast was exceptional the variety of choices in the selections We will definitely stay there again the staff was always helpful
The parking was limited but the staff is also able to help during our stay.. we had the handicap accessible room but the handrails weren't in the correct places it was a little difficult to get for my husband to get in and out of the shower.
Great location , breakfast, staff
Nothing
Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and safe area! Would definitely stay again!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
Comfort and breakfast.
A contraction clay bucket and tools were left in my room during some fix-up! That’s not acceptable.
Not much
Room was small, cost $20. More than quoted. Preformed breakfast eggs with peppers only. I asked if there was any other and they said no, then I found hard boiled eggs at the end of the counter. Just the whole vibe was pretty lackluster not what I expect from a Hampton. There was no closet in the room, just small and old but they had redone everything pretty well. If you're looking for something nice this is not it definitely not for $180 a night could have stayed at a much cheaper Hotel. I thought there was some kind of view from reading through the advertisement but maybe I misread there was two Hamptons probably not more than 2 miles away from each other. I can't imagine that the other one having a view would have been $20 less.
Nice location for what we where there for.
