It was clean, they accommodated us with an early check in even with a last minute booking. The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and polite. Location was great as well.

Nice, friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Not too far from downtown. Courtesy shuttle to trolley stops.

For the money that we paid, the stay was good. Would prefer being closer to town, but all in all, a good stay.

The kitchen staff could be friendlier as well as clean tables when people leave them, you shouldn’t have to ask when they’re not busy. Breakfast was sub par.

You Should not have to pay for parking at any hotel, also Booking.com says parking is 15.00 and the hotel says 18.00, I spoke to James regarding this and he said he would fix it without a problem, ( He was very nice) but when I got my e mailed receipt, I was still charged 18.00 for 3 days out of 5.

The room was comfortable and quiet. And the staff accommodating
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional the variety of choices in the selections We will definitely stay there again the staff was always helpful

Cons:

The parking was limited but the staff is also able to help during our stay.. we had the handicap accessible room but the handrails weren't in the correct places it was a little difficult to get for my husband to get in and out of the shower.
