El hotel está muy ubicado a pocos minutos de Chapala. El staff es amigable el hotel está limpio el cuarto está limpio con lo necesario pero las camas están terribles muy duras e incómodas para dormir pregunte en recepción por algún otra opción

Everything you need for a night, sheets had stains but everything else was fine
The pool and rooms were nice.
The receptionist only spoke to me in Spanish I don't speak Spanish very well.
Even though the hotel looks good for outside, but there’s quite a few things that they can be improved
They just need to check all the room and their amenities before giving you the room , had issues with the shower head and couldn’t use when needed.
Definitely not convenient, and it’s not as close to the city as it says it is.

The guest shower did not drain. They provided no kitchen towel, or paper towels, no dish soap. No blow dryer. One Tv in the master bedroom, none in the living room. One cup of coffee, anything over 1 cup needed to be purchased for $3 ea. Pillows and bed were over firm. The guest bed was situated to where you couldn't open the drawers, making the furniture unuseable. Hot water was only available afternoon and in the evening. Ambiance was very stark, and empty. Not a very inviting villa. I was quite disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well taken care of. The pools were beautiful—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind.
The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. It really made a difference in the overall experience.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything in great shape.
Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

First day just one towel, second day no coffee in the room no water can't shower the third day no water power went off for hours.

Well first day we realized it was a only one towel second day we tray to shower it was no water when we got a water back it was only superior water third night power when off and again no water I ended not take a shower it all and when to the airport
I will never going back to the hotel again
