The room was nasty
Room and bathroom was disgusting. Hair in shower. Couch was stained with a red substance. No good amenities for the room to be a suite. Smelled like smoke and urine. Would never stay again.
The carpet and furniture was filthy….. i was sitting at the bar area in my room and a roach ran across the bar. Full kitchen setup and no dishes to cook or eat with
I liked the layout of the property and unit. The staff was helpful. The roaches and gnats were a concern. I planned a 30 day stay, but had to cancel those plans. The couch, curtains and carpet were dirty and deeply stained.
Bugs everywhere/trash on floor, dirty room. We got locked in the room because the door was broken. Mold on the vents. Customer service was horrible and they didn’t care that the room was nasty.
The staff was very nice, but the hotel is falling apart. I stay at Sonesta's, and they are wonderful hotels, but this one is forgotten about, has no amenities, has no breakfast, and there seems to be a lack of morale from the employees. Treat the employees better and bring the life back to the hotel. This is a disgrace!
Advertised having breakfast turns out no breakfast because supposedly they are in a remodel which you couldn’t tell by that looking at the place which overall is not bad, but could’ve been better. Had to go back to the desk and ask for a remote ! Absolutely no coffee at all !! Over all will def not be back !!
Filthy. Horribly outdated. Disgusting couch, hair in the shower, sticky carpet. TV didn't work. Stains everywhere. Area was sketchy. We left before our reservation ended. Asked for a refund.
The beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TV’s in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning.

Staff was very friendly but room was dirty and run down. Microwave was broken, stove was missing bottom. Both availible washers were out of order.

Ist of all..no dishes in the room..u have to sign paper for room service here 4 days no room service at all..roaches in the room..carpet got my feet itchy and the bed got my body itchy..bad experience.
I didn’t know about any breakfast and the area was ok
The air was not cold at all. I had to go to the desk and complain twice. They came to check it but it was still to hot and made the stay miserable

The size of the room makes it feel like you are staying at an apartment. Having the full size fridge and kitchen set up makes it easy to reheat your to go meals. Very comfortable space.
The bed was a queen size and I'm a little large sized but was a very comfortable bed and pillows too.
