bon séjour, bon hôtel mais quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

la chambre spacieuse, la décoration simple mais stylée, bon emplacement, petit déjeuner varié
l'idée de la gourde à remplir avec de l'eau fraiche.

Cons:

il manquait du savon dans la salle de bain niveau douche, obligé de détacher celui du lavabo ; pas assez de place autour du lavabo pour mettre des produits, pas d'accroche serviettes si bien qu'elles sont autour du lavabo et prennent toute la place, la vitre de la douche ne ferme pas entièrement la cabine donc beaucoup d'eau par terre.
bon emplacement de l'hôtel, mais bruyant. salle du petit déjeuner pas assez grande et mal aménagée, tout le monde se retrouve à un endroit en "carré".

Das Früstück war katastrophal, fehlte immer alles. Bei bestellung wurde man angeschrieen!
Einfach nur noch schlecht. Die Chefin der Restaurants, Lisa war sehr unfreundlich und frech.
Die Kaffeemaschine fehlte in Zimmer, kapseln war da aber doe Maschine nicht🤮
Habe dem Reception gesagt, nach einem Tag fragte ich wieder, doe antwort war ich habe es vergessen. Doe Maschine kamm nie.

I would not stay here again due to staff rudeness.

Location was amazing.
Beds and pillows were good.

Cons:

The daytime staff were rude, impatient and not at all helpful. Our room backed onto the wall with the electric for the elevator and the noise all night was unbearable. We asked to change rooms the next day and the staff were most unpleasant about it and when pushed, offered a room that was a very poor ground level and not a superior room that we had paid for.
