Overpriced hotel without facilities

The property was very located to the beach and centrally to Nice

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact there are zero facilities at the hotel other than a very small reception and a restaurant which is for breakfast only.
The private beach advertised on booking.com is incorrect as they don’t have access to a private beach, they offer a €4 discount for a €39 a day bed but you can go to another beach club down the road and pay €30.
In comparison to other hotels I feel the price is way too high given the lack of facilities and isn’t what you’d expect a 4star hotel to be like.

Ночью в комнате обнаружилась мышь… на персонал отлично сработал - сразу же переселили в другую комнату … правда пришлось среди ночи собирать вещи и переселяться

Niestety nasz pobyt w hotelu Mercure w Nicei był dużym rozczarowaniem.

Hotel sprawia wrażenie przestarzałego i przede wszystkim nie jest wystarczająco czysty. Pokój sam w sobie był w porządku, jednak całościowy standard hotelu zdecydowanie nie odpowiada cenie, jaką trzeba zapłacić za pobyt.

Największym rozczarowaniem było śniadanie. Bardzo słabe, mało atrakcyjne i zdecydowanie poniżej poziomu, którego można oczekiwać od hotelu tej marki i w tej kategorii cenowej.

Stosunek ceny do jakości oceniam bardzo źle. Za tę kwotę można oczekiwać znacznie lepszego standardu, większej dbałości o czystość oraz zdecydowanie lepszego śniadania.

Niestety nie polecam tego hotelu i sama nie zdecydowałabym się na ponowny pobyt.
