Beautiful gem in the quiet outskirts of HoI an
Pros:

Room was big and clean, not 1 but 2 balconies in our room. Staff very friendly

Cons:

Was a bit far from HoI an centre but grab car inexpensive

A place I can cherish and feel at home
Pros:

I really liked how I got treated like I was apart of the family here . The staff is so welcoming . We got free breakfast very delicious. The rooms are clean and nice size. I was given free fruit and crackers as well . I love how they are so accommodating anything I asked . They also have laundry service and bikes you can get . I will definitely be coming back here because they are so nice and make you feel at home .

Nachdem wir früh morgens mit dem Sleeperbus in Hoi An angekommen sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft überbucht ist.
Aber ihre „Schwester“ habe auch Zimmer und dort können wir bleiben.
Als „Entschädigung“ bekamen wir ein gratis Frühstück (was wirklich sehr gut war) und zwei Fahrräder (ohne Luft und die Bremsen haben kaum funktioniert).

Um 13.00 konnten wir in der anderen Unterkunft einchecken und uns wurde gesagt, dass unser Gepäck dort hingebracht wird. Als wir dort waren, waren unsere Rucksäcke nicht da. Wir wollten nur duschen, frische Kleidung und etwas schlafen …

In der neuen Unterkunft haben wir dann kalte Nudeln und keine Getränke, weder Wasser zum inkludierten Frühstück bekommen. Daraufhin haben wir, der ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft geschrieben und keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen! Wir mussten auch den vollen Preis zahlen. Zudem war es dort sehr laut. Vor der Tür war eine Baustelle und die Arbeiter starteten um 6:30 Uhr morgens.

Disponibilità di affitto biciclette per tutto il giorno a prezzo modico. Prezzo economico.

Cons:

La distanza dal centro segnalata in presentazione era di 1,3 km, invece erano più di 3 km e serviva una camminata di 40 minuti per arrivarci. La zona era tranquilla, residenziale, sul canale, abbastanza lontana dal mare e dal centro città. Mancavano le abat jour.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The only downside I would point out was the water pressure in our room. It took me a long time to wash my hair as the water pressure was weak.

Pros:

La situazione tranquilla. Il prezzo economico. La possibili di affittare le biciclette per l'intera giornata a poco prezzo.

Cons:

La distanza dal centro dichiarata nella presentazione era di 1,3 km, invece erano più di 3 km, richiedendo quindi una lunga camminata. Sarebbe ottimo se ci fossero le abat jour.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber und groß mit Balkon und sauberem, funktionierendem Bad. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Nachts war es ruhig und ich habe gut geschlafen. Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Scooter konnten günstig geliehen werden und Fahrräder. Da es außerhalb von Hoi An liegt ist zumindest ein Fahrrad ratsam. Trotz Tet-Festival war es nachts ruhig. Das Frühstück war einfach aber schmackhaft. Die Angebote, wie Flughafen-Transfer waren günstig. Zur Neujahrseröffnungsfeier hat die Familie auch die Gäste eingeladen. Eine nette Geste mit leckerem Essen.
Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen
und würde sie wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Ganz besonderen Dank an die lieben, freundlichen zwei Damen vom Service. Die waren einfach super.

Lo recomiendo gratamente.
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien. El personal fue muy amable, incluso me invitaron a una comida familiar que hicieron por el Te (inicio del año nuevo).

Quoi de mieux !?
Pros:

La situation au calme entre canaux et rizières.
L'accueil du staff tellement gentil.
La possibilité de se faire a manger dans la cuisine commune. Le petit jardin tranquille pour y manger.
La literie confortable. Un bon wifi.
La ville de Hoi An qui est tellement sympa.
Quoi de plus pour le prix 👌
