Dissapointing given the high rating
Pros:

Comfortable beds, large room.

Cons:

Pillows were too thin. Curtains were thin and did not block out much light. These were my main two issues that made sleeping difficult. Furthermore, noise carries kind of easily within the property and its situated on a street with motorbikes passing and is not that quiet if your room is not facing the back. The location is quite far from the centre of Hoi An.

Amazing experience
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here! Kim Bong island is far less touristic than the rest of Hoi An which I personally really like. The room had all that I needed, water was provided daily, beds were comfy. The breakfast was delicious too!
They were always available with info for tours, and I even booked a massage which I was able to have in my room!
Would definitely come back!

Pros:

Хорошая получилась цена при раннем бронировании. Включен завтрак.
В номере холодильник, чайник, фен, 2 бутылочки воды (пополнялись каждый день). Также есть кулер с водой.
Тихое спокойное место.
Рядом есть недорогие локальные кафе.

Cons:

При заселении хозяйка начала говорить, что «не понимает как такая цена указана за мой номер». Типа у неё таких цен нет. Сейчас номер стоит столько то. Если хотите заселится, то доплачивайте или делайте отмену.
Это все ерунда чистой воды.
Я делал очень раннее бронирование- цена зафиксировалась.
Понятное дело, что к дате заселения стоимость поднялась, поэтому хозяйке было невыгодно нас заселять (более дешевых), чем других, которые могут заселится по более уже высокой цене.
Это сразу испортило настроение и впечатление.
Так не делается.
По номеру: дали в итоге все равно не тот номер, который бронировался, ну хоть по зафиксированной стоимости.
Уборка такая себе- вынос мусора и смена полотенец. Влажной уборки за 5 дней не было.
Слабая шумоизоляция- слышно и из соседних номеров, а особенно шум из коридора.

По расположению - далековато, на самом деле, от центра Хойана, и от пляжей. Минут 20-25 езды.

Хорошая цена! Хорошие завтраки! Чистый номер.

Cons:

Очень далеко от центра и от моря!!! Если вы не готовы ездить на байке, то не советую. Мы не умеем водить байк поэтому приходилось идти пешком до центра час. В номере были муравьи. Сотрудники не говорят по английски, даже через переводчик они плохо понимают вопрос поэтому были трудности с заказом такси.

I 100% recommend it
Pros:

I can only recommend this hotel.
The staff was amazing and very kind.
The room is very clean and had a great value for the money.

The breakfast is perfect as well, you can decide from a menu what you want and they prepare it right away.

I m very happy with this hotel and I will absolutely book a night there again if I ever go back to hoi an!
My stay was a 10/10!

Pros:

Lovely room and very clean! The family were very friendly and made delicious banana pancakes for breakfast
