Am Strand und gleichzeitig nah an der Fußgängerzone. Das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Tischreservierung zum Frühstück, auch bei Geburtstagen, schwierig. KI bei Anrufen.

Schönes Hotel in Büsums bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Büsum einmalig. Die Einrichtung im Industriellen Style hat mir gut gefallen und die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.
Der direkte Zugang vom Hotel zum Meerzeit-Bad ist super.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr jung und den Gästen gegenüber leider wenig zugewandt. Das kenne ich in Häusern dieser Kategorie anders.
In einigen Bereichen fehlte Personal. So wartete man in der Bar teilweise 15-20 Minuten auf seine Getränke und bedingt durch einen Personalausfall wurde beim Frühstück nicht ausreichend nachgelegt. Es gab teilweise keine Teller, Schalen und Tassen.

Entspannt und Blick auf Nordsee.
Pros:

Modern Design und sauberes Zimmer. Der Blick auf die Nordsee war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Nachbarn rauchen auf dem Balkon und es hat es in unsererm Zimmer nach Zigaretten gerauchen. Die Auzüge sind zu klein für so viel Gäste.
