Disappointed and angry
Cons:

Disappointed and angry. During the day, they entered my room without asking and didn't tell us anything. We realized this because we found unlit cigarettes on the toilet and things that didn't belong to us in the room. When we questioned them, they admitted they had entered the room to "make some repairs," though they couldn't tell us what they were doing. They stole a bag of belongings from us, which we couldn't recover.
