Fantastic stay all in all. Incredibly friendly staff!
Pros:

I loved the friendly staff, large rooms and great facilities

Cons:

Aircondition could use an upgrade unfortunately. We would also have appreciated more breakfast options

Great for the price and dog friendly!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly! They offered a complimentary drink on arrival and told us about the property - the gym, pool, breakfast etc.

Cons:

The insides of the rooms were definitely done on the cheap side. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close, and there was obvious other damages.

It's the Vibe! Just a great place to stay!
Pros:

This is such a fantastic place to stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The vibe of this place, just screams, culture, community, and art. Just a really nice place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs.

Kristen and Daunte made this the best stay ever!
Pros:

Omg! This place is awesome!! Daunte and Kristen have been totally wonderful! They know how to treat customers and are very friendly and down to earth! We just moved into Colorado Springs and can’t get our keys until tomorrow, they got us into a room and have answers to our questions and have made us feel like family! Thank you both so much! Also the hotel was So cute!

Disappointing for a highly rated location
Pros:

The service and the room was good, but the room was dirty. The hotel appearance on the outside was poor. That really affected the whole experience unfortunately. Looked run down and poorly located.

We don’t even stay here, we walked into our room and left within 5 mins.
Pros:

The office/lounge area was nicer than the room

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, walls were disgusting, door from the outside was all cut up and chopped like if they cut the door for some odd reason
