We don’t even stay here, we walked into our room and left within 5 mins.
Pros:

The office/lounge area was nicer than the room

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, walls were disgusting, door from the outside was all cut up and chopped like if they cut the door for some odd reason

Good fit for a normal hotel room, but I couldn’t tell I had a great time
Pros:

The whole experience in general was okay. Cleanliness and little details like not putting liners on the trashcans makes the hygiene standards low. But other than that I think it was just okay

Cons:

The trashcans in the bathroom didn't have liners on, which puts in jeopardy the proper hygiene of the facility

A really nice relaxing environment
Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly. The coffee was excellent. The lobby is beautiful, the room was beautiful, the property felt very spa like, comfortable chairs to sit on outside. The room was pretty nice with some unique touches. The bed was really comfortable!

Cons:

The lock on the safe in the room didn't work, poor selection of snacks/food in their "market deli", we kept getting wake up calls we didn't request

Affordable, as advertised, friendly and helpful staff, really neat amenities within the main hotel.
Pros:

The room was as expected as far as layout and style and had been renovated in the recent past. The size of the room was generous and easily accommodated our bicycles which we stored inside. All amenities were as reported on the website, but we did not use many of them (gym, Yoga room, conference room) but would have been more than adequate to meet our needs if we had needed them. The room rate was very affordable and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was less than expected. The rooms have obviously been updated but are not kept up with (chips in paint on wall, dirty air coming out of hair vent and staining the ceiling). The bathroom had a mildew smell that was coming from either the sink or the tub and infused throughout the rest of the room. The sheets smelled clean but had some light stains on them, making it difficult to tell if they had been changed or not. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the room rather than at the common eating area.
