Pros:

Clean new

Cons:

We were placed in a room farthest from the elevator and closest to the freeway so traffic noise was heard
Not sure why we got this room as it clearly wasn’t sold out that night

Great but not exceptional
Pros:

It was neat and clean. Very comfortable. Nice modern layout. The staff was exceptional and super nice. Facility had a lot of extras for any type of stay from business to pleasure to holding events.

Cons:

Parking was a bit lacking. Breakfast was okay but not great. The room was clean but was not restocked very well. Had to go to front desk to ask for a couple things. The staff was very nice and did supply us with what we lacked. Pool is pretty small. Landscaping was great but surrounding area is underdeveloped and under construction.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!!!!
Pros:

Polite helpful staff. Comfortable beds
Clean areas throughout facility. Clean and clean smelling room. Plenty of space and comfortable for our party of 3 ladies
Manager was very polite and helped direct us and help when we needed something. Will recommend to everyone!!

Cons:

We travel and stay in other facilities that would never meet this criteria.
We have No complaints.

WEDDING PARTIES DO NOT BOOK!!! JESSICA IS THE WORST!
Pros:

I had a “group” of rooms here for our wedding in June. We’d agreed with Jessica we wanted to hold the rooms and our guests would call and provide payment info then switch the name to the guest but that’s not what happened.

Jessica told multiple guests, upon calling, they wouldn’t be honoring our rate bc they were getting more for rooms from Grand Park, etc., and they billed us for all the rooms they refused to give to our guests since we held them for that exact reason. This is faaaaar from over but BRIDES/WEDDING PARTIES - don’t add the stress of booking this place no matter how convenient. You’ll end up screwed.

Clean and comfortable you won’t be disappointed!
Pros:

Very modern and CLEAN! Very happy with the room. Larger than many others. Updated decor and comfortable!

Cons:

We had to get back on the road, would have liked to stay longer!

Next to interstate but friendly staff
Pros:

Had an ok stay here. Rooms mostly updated. Staff extremely friendly. The hotel is right off the Internet so it’s pretty loud given the big rig truck breaks and horns. The gym was nice although it only has one treadmill. Stayed here for proximity to meetings, but it was an ok stay. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff - in particular helping to relocate my room to be a small but quieter.

Great stay!
Pros:

Great space in the room and spacious bathroom. Very quiet even though lots of youth present at the hotel. Breakfast was nice and staff kept it clean and tidy!
