Ant infestation.
Pros:

Convince. Very comfortable room, with a great view. Bathroom was the best!

Cons:

After staying for one night our clothes had 25 plus ants infested in our clothes. Was told that it may have been from somewhere we went, but they were coming from the wall.

I stay here every year in travels love the place.

Cons:

I came in early to use pool that I checked on line said was open. & in fact it was not so wasted time sitting reading when could have went to beach on way in.

Super big bummer
Pros:

We originally booked the room based off the pool. Nowhere, that we saw, did it say the pool wasn't open and in working order. Super disappointed. The air-conditioning didn't work. There was no indication that in room dining was available. So we are off site. Just a super disappointing trip all around. Not even at check in was the pool being unusable mentioned. It wasn't until after we had checked in and gone to our room and changed into swim wear and came back down to check out the pool, then we found it to be closed. There are small signs around the pool saying the pool wasn't open yet. Super bummed, for the amount of money we spent. The 15th floor view was nice. There were no other perks for being at club level. Again, bummer
