Pros:

The hotel pool, room and breakfast!

Cons:

Breakfast opens a little late, couldn't use the last day
Parking on hotel premises us extra so add 20 bucks a night to your room cost if you have a car

Pros:

Excellent hôtel, le personnel est compétent et sympathique. La chambre, rénovée récemment, est spacieuse, confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'hôtel dispose d'une grande piscine et d'une terrasse extérieure, ce qui est appréciable. La salle de sport est relativement bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité et récent. Enfin, l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel ainsi que la décoration du lobby et du restaurant est magnifique.

Cons:

Le restaurant est globalement bon mais les pizzas proposées nous ont déçus. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte en semaine, ce qui restreint inévitablement le choix proposé.

Good afternoon! Here is our review of our stay at your hotel. We are more than grateful to God for the opportunity and for allowing us to choose this place. Everything was in excellent condition (5 minutes from Tampa Airport). The breakfast, lunch, and food were on another level. And the service from every waiter, manager, staff member, and cook was more than 200% good! Just 10 minutes from the beach! The sunsets are spectacular! The view is phenomenally beautiful! The pool is amazing! In short, we would return to this place with our whole family! Thank you for your attention to our needs! Thank you for your help; we are very well, thank God! We met Maris and her colleague in the kitchen, and they served us our food. Thank you, Andreina! Thank you! With all our hearts!

Good faclity in a good location but disappointing service level.

Cons:

Breakfast service was disappointing. The host was rude and there were not enough servers around. Every cusfomer were waiting for their orders for a long time. They gave menu at beginning and later they came and informed that they can not serve alacarte orders. Both days they were run out of cups and served coffee with Starbucks cups.
