We truly loved our stay. We stayed for Valentine’s. Their Valentine’s Day dinner was excellent!
Pros:

Our booking came with breakfast included which was a lovely buffet including hot food as well as fresh fruit. It was wonderful. Excellent selection - we were very impressed.

Cons:

Staff was very dismissive, especially at the restaurant. Restaurant manager and Matias not professional. Bathroom had a sewage smell. Promotes a water view, all I got was a roof.

Pros:

O quarto é limpo e moderno.

Cons:

O café da manhã era hiper restrito. Sequer havia opções de pão, nada mais básico. Depois do terceiro dia vc não tolerava mais comer a mesma coisa. Não havia mais de 2 variedades sequer de sachês de chá. Mto mto fraco em termos de buffet se café da manhã. Outro downside é que a piscina estava em reforma e a área de “praia”, que é um banco de areia virado pra um canal que parece poluído, não cheira bem e não tem serviços do hotel. As espreguiçadeiras estavam imundas qdo cheguei para desfrutar delas com minha família, não havia um funcionário para nos auxiliar, ou pedir ao “sem noção” do hóspede ao lado para desligar sem som perturbador. Acho que a experiência seria diferente se a área da piscina já estivesse inaugurada.

Pros:

Clean and had a good restaurant and friendly staff.

Cons:

It’s right in a motorway and pictures make it look like it’s on a beach. It’s very deceiving. Also not enough staff on reception.
