Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

Room AC didn't get cold. Waited for over 20 mins everytime I needed to use the elevator. Paid more for a valet service that closes. Front Desk employees very short with attitude.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Spacious room. Nice view. Beautiful bathroom. Love the remote control blinds.

Cons:

Walls were thin. Lots of noise from room next door. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom. Vents around the hotel needs cleaning. High areas of the walls in the lobby area needs cleaning. The cost for self parking should be way less expensive than the valet cost.

Beautiful hotel but overpriced
Pros:

It was clean, convenient, staff was friendly and helpful plus there was a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of our room was amazing!

Cons:

The nightly rate was double the price of what it would normally cost due to the concert we were in town for.

This is a property that everybody should wanna stay and I would wish that every state and country would have a property

Everything about the property was great. The location was wonderful. We was going out for a cruise and it wasn’t too far from the cruise ship.

The room was fine.

Cons:

The dining room. It was a buffet style breakfast. I was told there were no tables to sit at but to look into the dining room there was plenty of tables available.
