It was beautiful . Rooms amazing. Staff was excellent.
Breakfast was delicious. The girl who took our order was wonderful.
We recommend two friends and family

Great location
It was under construction certain areas such as the outdoor and restaurant.
The view, the bed & the staff.
Worst breakfast ever, table top in the room ready to fall off as well as the tp holder in the bathroom.
Breakfast was amazing, I love the fresh fruits and juice.
Nothing
Ernest from the reception and Joel from Valet parking were very kind and assisted us in everything that we asked. The service in general and cleaning was excellent.
The only thing was there is no pool because was under construction
Conveniently located between St. Petersburg and Tampa downtown with ample parking. The renovated room was clean, comfortable, and offered a water view. Starbucks is available on the ground floor for coffee and sweets.
The elevators are very slow. The pool was closed for renovations. The hotel is isolated on a highway, but it's suitable if you have a car. Room windows provided good soundproofing and it was quiet.
Hotel lobby and restaurant staff was super friendly and helpful. They were all very young and seemed to be doing their best to keep things running, and put a lot of care into their service. The view from the room was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious.
No pool. No hot tub. Just a small plot of the bay sectioned off of the highway they labeled a "private beach"-- HA. I'm from florida, even cheap condos have better beach front than that. Nothing was provided, hotel seemed very cheap and like they skimped on and cheaped out on everything and offloaded all costs onto guests. Even the in room coffee was crappy, and not even provided in the lobby? I've had more and better amenities at 2-3 star hotels, it seemed like this location is forgotten and falling apart. The lobby had a ton of maintenance issues. The restaurant was closed off by a giant black curtain in the lobby, an apparent construction zone right next to the scattered tables provided for the guests to eat at. One elevator was "out of order" (possibly due to safety hazard?)-- The elevator door slammed shut on my arm while I was entering the elevator, hitting me hard and scaring all the other elevator passengers. The same thing happened with the elevator door and almost slammed into another guests Yorkie terrier, luckily he jerked its leash back just in time!
We were woken up on Sunday morning at 9:30 by loud door slamming sounds from the hallway outside our door. After it repeated until all of us woke up, I poked my head out. It was hotel staff members. Not sure what they were doing to cause the sound but they left after that.
Overall it seemed that the location was only there for the real estate, and 0 thought or maintenance was put into the actual hotel experience. I wouldnt be shocked if they completely overhaul the site or sell the entire building soon, as they are not investing in it at all.
