It’s friendly quiet place to stay ..if you need something you can ask at office and they will bring it right to it …rooms are nice and the air is cold in the room …I will always stay there when I am in Ardmore …they people at front desk are nice and always right there if u need something

Worst place I’ve ever seen. Cockroach and insect invested. Called health department and filed complaint. Has happened more than 200 times. If you don’t believe me, check it out yourself. This place is a walking health hazard. Call health department and verify my claim

The nastiest place i have ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere, broken doors, not clean, toilet filthy with cooked on urine. my 10 year old made a game killing the cockroaches. When i told mgmt about the issue they would not move me until the next day because they did not want to pay to have it cleaned, which is currently not clean. This place is a slum, yelling in the parking lot, fights, etc. I will be reporting this place to city of Ardmore safe housing and taking the time to follow up with them on this. no one should have to endure this. Lastly, its all because of onsite mgmt. This place used to be good, but in the last 5 years has degraded into slum lord and will not refund once they have your money. Mainly because you dont see the rooms first. so gross, please dont stay here, especially if you have children,

Incredibly NASTY place. INFESTED with ROACHES, bedding NOT changed, WIFI is slower than dial-up from the old days. I paid for a week and when I walked into the room, I was disgusted. I tried to get a refund and they refused. I tried to get them to switch me to a different room, but they refused stating they didn't want to have to clean the room again. What? It was filthy. I don't even think the sheets were changed. OMG what a nightmare. It needs to be burnt down just to make it safe to sleep in.

No towels, wall paper falling off the wall

I checked into this hotel at 1:40 am on 9/4/23 looking for a place to rest for a couple of hours on my 2000 journey home. Obviously I was tired and just wanted a bed sleep in so I chose an inexpensive place with vacancy on Labor Day. As I was walking to my room I noticed cockroaches in the hallway and when I opened the door to my room it looked abandoned and in disarray. The A/C unit was falling off the wall and I noticed more cockroaches. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was not going to stay there however tired I may have been. The clerk offered a different room but I said no. She wouldn't refund my credit card and said she had to speak with the manager in the morning. I left the hotel and after a week of calling I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I have contacted my credit card company and they will be following up. I am writing this review to warn other travelers about this establishment.

The reason for my trip was Hurricane Idalia 09/23.
We didn't have power and was suffering from the heat. We were unable to charge our electronics. Our Cell phone reception was poor. We were unable to have access to Internet. This visit was a lifesaver. The staff was exceptional. The Hotel was clean and the food was awesome. I felt so safe.

Love that location was just across the street from the main entrance to the Disney parks. The room was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 6 and we all fit comfortably. Not enough parking but they offer valet parking at no extra cost to you. Breakfast is only continental not hot breakfast.

When I went to ask for a refund, the bad karma front desk manager called his friends so they came in front to intimidate and parked their 5 pick ups in the front.

There is only one resolution to this motel black hole with gravel filled pool and false advertisement as the only food for breakfast are insects. Bad karma lightning striking this damned doomed place and make it disappear into oblivion.

After 30 minutes we called the cops so they could come and dissipate the intimidators so we could leave and go stay at the Quality inn.

This place is hell on earth and the homeless living there making a BBQ around the pool make hell looks great compared to this place. May nobody ever book this place ever again and shame to Agoda for even suggesting this location on their website.

Cease and desist letter is the only answer to any email from this place not giving a full refund.

Purchased on the go, and was given a good rate through priceline. Arrived to unfriendly and staff who are short, rude , don’t explain anything but demand I’d and a credit card -
And don’t even tell you where your room is.

They charge hidden fees after you arrive and won’t give you your card until you pay it. On my way up to my room—Multiple people staying here are doing drugs outside. Reeks of weed.

There are police cars leaving the parking lot. The room smells of smoke. I don’t feel safe here. If you spend anything at all here, it will be a waste of your money.
Television does not work.

The pool is covered and not working. It’s 11pm and the linen cart is parked outside .

The sheets, mattress cover, and mattress were stained beyond belief. The bedding was also unchanged. It looked like the bed was just remade after the previous tenant left -- there was literally hair and crumbs all over the bedding, sheets, and pillow cases.

Charge extra for using credit card. Towels were dirty, had to get new ones. Television had no signal, when repairman came, fixed but with very limited selection. Mold at shower, room door and walls. Room overall in poor condition.

I was there on a travel assignment… I totally hated the property. I cried and cried the first night. The first night I got there they gave me a room it was HORRIBLE like scary looking it smelled like a ball of cigarette smoke and it was very bad. I requested another room it was a non smoking room well the doors said it it too smelled horrible.The reviews are LIES. It’s nasty roaches and bad roaches everywhere after you get in they start coming out the bed frame cracks in the wall the microwave was nasty the fridge was nasty. It was terrible.No phones and the phone that was in there was old dirty and not working very scary I will never go there again. It really should be shut down. No I was due to check out yesterday but instead I checked out on Tuesday due to a bad fight broke out right next to my room at about 3 in the morning and no police came no hotel staff came… just a bunch of loud crackheads fighting and going nuts. I was LIVID. ITS A LOT man my 2 nights there was SCARY AS EVER… never and I do mean NEVER GO THERE not even sure how it’s still even open! I give that hotel a NEGATIVE 10 stars

Switched rooms, got to the room it was already open, no towels or toilet paper and had to ask for a pillow case. The second room had sticky floors and also. Left immediately. If you can pay the extra money!

I needed to take stairs to the stairs were out of commission had to walk a long ways around got ate up by bugs after staying there one night will never go back there again no smoking in the room in the room smells terrible Had to wash my clothes as soon as I got back home.

Was charged twice for the room. Had to call and get a refund. Bed linen was dirty and stained. Hair all over the linens. Bugs in the drawers and bathroom. They didnt want to change the linen until pictures were shown. Didnt even stay the night and decided to drive back home.
