Last minute booking
Pros:

It was quiet and right on the river. Easy access to the bike path, stores and restaurants.

Pros:

Near the river and restaurant attached. Good modern design throughout and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Wish the exercise room had windows to the river, or any windows. The heat lamp dial in the bathroom was a little dated.

My room felt clean

Cons:

My biggest issue was they advertise as free breakfast and shuttle pick up to/from airport but neither are true. The shuttle was just completely not available. Hospitality was veryyyy bare minimum (except the graveyard shift guy, he deserves a raise)

Disappointing for what we paid for and expected.
Pros:

We went specifically for the location and what was once a nice hotel.

Cons:

It was a terrible experience. The room was not clean or updated. The Keurig had used coffee in it. We were located next to the HVAC and it sounded like a train all night. We both have mobility impairments and they placed us in the furthest room from all the hotel facilities. The worst thing was the pool had green algae all along the walls and bottom. Very disappointing how they have let this once beautiful hotel go so down hill.
