We had a great time! Location was perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful pool (and outside bar!). Restaurant onsite and others nearby.
The staff went above and beyond, between the power outage (not the hotel's fault) and helping me retrieve my personal belongings that I forgot in the room after checkout. Lifesavers!

Location was the selling point, but with other hotels nearby, service matters.
Our room keys didn’t work. After walking down twice to get them reset, a worker called maintenance to get a new battery. After waiting with no response, the worker opened our door with a master key to let us in. We had to wait for the battery and your keys before we could even begin a day outside of the room.
We did not realize that there was going to be construction done on Monday morning from 9 -5 am. The construction was loud and annoying and bothered my autistic son.
There was definitely something wrong with the AC because it got unbearably hot in the evening.
Dinner was served an atrium, because the dining room was closed on Sunday. I’m not sure if that is in writing anywhere, but I was not aware of it before I chose to eat there on Father’s Day. Everyone was crowded in a small area. Some people dressed up while others sat around in bathing suits. One woman even had a dog in the dining area. The food was decent in the waitress was very accommodating, however, I would never have selected that restaurant for a special holiday dinner.
We had to move our car once during our stay. We ended up having to park her car on the side of the building, near the side entrance. Unfortunately, the next day, after checking out, we noticed our gas tank was open in our car had been damaged. Because we parked near the walkway coming into the building, we assume that someone scraped their luggage all along the car and inadvertently opened the gas tank.
Overall, the location was good, but the pool was small and service was not what I expect from the Hilton name. I am willing to spend money for quality and service and was not satisfied. I would not choose to stay at this location again.
Al llegar fui tratado de una manera anti professional, no me dieron la habitación que reserve, me enviaron a una habitación distinta porque estaban sold out, la agente Lauren me alzo la voz, estaba como Estresada, me faltaron el respeto. Me senti ofendido hasta discriminado, estuve a punto de cancelar todo e irme a mi casa. El GM Carlos al dia siguiente se disculpo, me cambio de cuarto y me ofrecio una noche gratis en mi estadia para woe no me fuera . Al final del checkout no me hicieron ningun crédito de esa noche gratis . Me cobraron de mas, inclusive el parking. No Vuelvo a este hotel jamás. Aún espero el credito o descuento ofrecido y nada que llega.

We have been here a few times and we really enjoyed coming back. They have been updating this hotel and this time it was nice! The front desk people were so friendly and helpful. We will always recommend this hotel! We will come back to visit!
Ice machine down. House keeping not satisfactory, the morning shift just standing around with cart not doing anything but on the cellphone to where hours later the afternoon shift actually cleaned the room. Electricity down 2hrs prior to checkout, so we had to leave room n check out 1.5hr before the actual checkout time.

La atencion fue muy regular, reservé una habitacion Ocean View con cama King. Cuando nos asignaron la habitacion, oh sorpresa, la cama era Queen y la vista daba al parqueadero. Al regresar a la recepcion, nos dijeron que no tenian mas disponibilidad de habitaciones y que el Ocean View que ofrecen es abrir la ventana, estirar el cuello y allí puedes ver un poquito del océano. Da hasta risa. Fue tanto el desconcierto, que con mi esposo decidimos cancelar la estancia y regresar a casa
