Maikhao Hotel

It was ok for 1 night, reception staff lovely
Very Russian orientated other guests were very rude and loud !
Pool needs a lot of attention it was turning green and needed cleaning
The beach close by was great restaurants and massages all walking distance .
I would probably not be returning

Quiet, reasonably priced hotel north of Pukhet airport

Nous avons pris une chambre juste pour la journée car nous avions l’avion le soir ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la piscine jusqu’au dernier moment , mais heureuse de ne pas avoir eu besoin d’y passer plus de temps .

the only issue i had was on the 2nd day of my stay, the room above up must of had flooded a little as water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling. they didn't really do much except wait for it to stop. other than that, this place isn't bad for how much you are paying for.

Maikhao hotel was in a convenient location…less than a mile from Maikhao beach and with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The property was clean, but older and they were low staff - no bell man. Nonetheless, it is safe and clean enough for families.

Happy Stay Great Budget Hotel in Maikhao. Staff service is good both of housekeeping and front office staff. Pool is relax and room price is reasonable. Toliet in room is not good smell. Need to check. Beach is not far with free shuttle service

the property has no secure connectıon so the payments of shopping websites were being rejected online ...the rest is about a lovely cat and a peacefull environment of national park..

Moved in late evening no security no front desk no restaurant no nothing rooms are apartments. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!.If you are looking for a hotel this is not what you're looking for.
SHA+ supposed to be extra clean. Bird s#×* on curtains stains by side of fridge on floor. Filth on TV remote.
Have booked another hotel don't want to stay the night moving out first thing

I really enjoyed the outdoor patio and the adjoining pool. Very clean. The breakfast was good but would have like scrambled eggs not hard boiled eggs. The staff was very professional and courteous. Price was excellent. The taxi's at the airport charge a bit much for the distance, compared to Bankok prices. The hotel will call a taxi for you and will keep your luggage even after you check out behind the desk. I trust them completely.

Hotel is fairly new. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All new appliances. My main issue is the security or seemingly lack of it. Anybody from the street can access the apartment building. There should be gates/doors which require the hotel key card to open. Breakfast options are pretty limited. This is the first time I've brought my own ham to a breakfast so that I could have something other than plain toast!

The hotel itself was very nice, the room was nice and big enough for two people. Checked in by an F&B supervisor and she has no clue how to operate a credit card machine, she has to call her manager Steven to help. Same as check out, she has no clue how to use a credit card machine, she was trying for 10 minutes and still cannot check us out. She called Steven back again and assist us. The hotel should train the staff how to operate a credit card machine.

there was a dirty cup and plate outside our bedroom from the time we checked in until the time we left. the bedroom is very spacious but why leave a kettle without cups or utensils. no soap left in bathroom.

This hotel has potential, but the staff need to improve their service. Was not given toilet paper some days even when the roll was empty. Had to take it myself from the cart. Same for water, was not given water everyday. Room was advertised to have a microwave but had to ask for one. The room came with a kettle, but no coffee mugs or items to make coffee and tea. The room was cleaned very late each day, sometimes with the staff knocking on the door after I had returned for the day.

Only ate at the restaurant once and was not impressed with the quality. Breakfast was ok at best.

Hotel was full of Russian tourists which is not a pleasant experience as they were loud and unfriendly. Never used the swimming pool as they dominated that area at all hours.

Good things that can be said were that the rooms were nice for the price and the WiFi was excellent most days.
