Rooms were very clean , staff was friendly.
I was in town for the Field of Dreams game. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was offered, and there was a fitness room for guest use. My room was very spacious which was a great bonus. I appreciate that the hotel is conveniently located near the highway for smooth travel. There’s a Casey’s gas station nearby.
The AC in my room wasn’t working. Luckily it wasn’t too hot and I only stayed one night. Therefore, I wasn’t uncomfortable. Because the Field of Dreams game was going on, the price for the one night stay was kind of high. Additionally, when booking this property, take into consideration that there’s no elevator, only stairs.

This location was Manchester, IA. Lobby/breakfast area was very nice & convenient! My room smelled very musty due to the high humidity, but the desk gave me a plug in air freshner which took care of the issue. Otherwise front desk was very friendly & accommodating. Rooms were clean, neat, and had all essentials needed. Location was great. Will definitely stay there again my next trip back! Thank you for a comfortable & friendly stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and considerate. The hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here.
Everyone was beyond accommodating for our special trip for our travel baseball teams tournament at Field of Dreams. Allowed us full access to the patio so we could have a seafood boil and let the kids set up a volleyball net to play after our games. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good as well. Board games and books in the lobby for guests to use. Would definitely recommend.
The location was perfect for my job in the area. Has a nice Casey's next door , so that was very handy. The room was clean and had a good TV and Wifi was nice.
The only thing that was not up to par was in my bathroom when taking a shower the tub spout was loose and it made getting the shower to spray tricky.
Our group had another fantastic stay for the second year in a row! Kay took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. The patio and grilling area are wonderful amenities, and the kids especially loved having space to play outside. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!
We found the room to be very clean, the beds were a little high but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options, well stocked and kept clean as well.
