Miserable night
Pros:

I liked the lobby and general layout of the hotel

Cons:

As always, the hotel is way understaffed. When I had a sick child and needed sheets for the foldout bed and a blanket to keep him warm, there was no one to help me. It’s the second stay where I’ve requested sheets or a blanket and had to wait over an hour if I got them at all. Also, during tgis experience, there were two women fighting around 3 or 4 in the morning in the main lobby. Woke me up after finally spending hours up with my child. The hotel staff (one poor guy) couldn’t do anything to intervene. There was no security, no support. We just had to listen to women screaming at each other.

Was ok but not the quality I would expect at a Hilton hotel
Pros:

Carpets need a good cleaning bathrooms we’re not really not even ADA BUT YOILET TO LOW FOR SENIORS AND TILES WERE LOOSE ALSO COFFEE MAKERS LEAVE A LITTLE TO DESIRED CUP WERE OK BUT THE LIDS DIDN’T FIT THE CUPS. JUST NOT WHAT YPU THINK OF AS A HILTON HOTEL
