Lovely people, great hotel
Pros:

The Blake is a stylish hotel, where everything works as you want, and everything is clean. Its location was perfect for me, short walks to Yale and shops and restaurants and downtown. The people who work there are all really friendly and helpful.

방 교체를 해 주었고, 조금의 환불을 받았습니다.

A place like home when you’re in cold New Haven
Pros:

What a charming hotel! It’s chic yet rustic, rooms are spacious with a cute kitchenette, bedding comfortable,and service is friendly and impeccable! Angel— you came through for me when I needed you most after a long delayed red eye! She could have just said no we don’t have rooms, wait until noon. But she patiently found a way despite the fact I booked through Expedia.

I stayed three days and the room is chic, decorated, and cozy. It is a 5 min walk to Yale campus and 2-3 minutes to a few famous eating spots! I’d definitely return to The Blake!

Bonus shoutout to the adjacent restaurant — great food, vibes Nd service. Only wished they also opened for breakfast and lunch with limited menu at least. Great stay!

Overall a Very Good Boutique Hotel in New Haven
Pros:

Overall an excellent hotel with a kitchenette and good amenities in each room. Room was well furnished and the beds were very comfortable.
The only think that could be improved is to have a facility for self-parking with a smaller daily cost, that the current valet parking only at a very high daily parking cost for New Haven, CT.

Wonderful, except for the noisy neighbors.
Pros:

Property itself is fantastic - rooms were comfortable and stylish, with wonderful bedding and amenities. The restaurant was excellent with a pretty decent wine list. The staff are friendly, polite, and so helpful. The location in downtown New Haven, close to restaurants and shopping as well as Yale, couldn’t be beat.

Cons:

My only complaint about the Blake has to do with the fraternity houses nearby. They made such a racket until about 3 o’clock in the morning, it was actually difficult to sleep. I know it’s probably not their default, the Blake for its neighbors, but it really is hard to sleep when the parties are raging.

Definitely not worth staying here
Pros:

The location and the size of the hotel rooms

Cons:

There was no running water in the hotel, we couldn’t wash hands flush toilets when we complained to the front desk they told us the water had to be shut off it would be fixed in a few hours, we cut short our stay and checked out

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The Blake hotel was a lovely and comfortable experience. We were there off season so the rooftop bar was closed and downstairs did not offer breakfast, but cafe across the street had plenty of options. It was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely come back.

Literally the best experience i have ever had... as a solo traveler I am skeptical about leaving my state.. but here at the blake it was such a refreshing experience. The front desk agents are remarkable. Jay Laurie and angel were such a big help. They made sure I was comfortable and informed
