Pros:

L’établissement est extrêmement bien situé

Cons:

Nous avons eu des problèmes d’odeurs d’égouts ainsi que d’aération de la chambre. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant trois jours et rien n’a été fait.
De la moisissure était présente dans la salle de bain et la douche fuyait.

Die Lage ist Vor- und Nachteil zu gleich, ich würde nicht wieder buchen

Cons:

Das Hotel hat ja sehr gute Bewertungen, so haben auch wir uns für eine Buchung entschieden. Die zentrale Lage ist gleichzeitig ein Vor- wie ein Nachteil. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird hier bitter enttäuscht, weil die Lage in der Rua Augusta extrem mit Lärm (u.a. durch Außengastronomie) verbunden ist, vor allem in den Abendstunden. Wir hatten zudem das „Glück“, jeden Abend Livemusik mit Verstärker vor unserem Fenster zu haben. Die Abfolge des Programms kannte wir nah 3 Tagen auswendig. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, bekamen aber ein „Upgrade“ gelegen zur Fußgängerzone. Diese Musikdarbietungen endeten täglich um 22:30 bzw 23:00 Uhr. Problematisch ist, dass man die Fenster schließen muss, die Klimaanlage jedoch nicht funktioniert. Außerdem sind sie nicht schalldicht, was verständlich ist. Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass im unmittelbaren Umfeld des Hotels relativ offen mit Drogen gehandelt wird. Wir wurden täglich vors Hotel angesprochen, ob wir Koks oder Gras kaufen wollen. Wer dies möchte, hat kurze Wege…. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber jeden Tag das gleiche, keinerlei Variation, das war bei 5 Übernachtungen sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, dass Bett ist nur 140 breit. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten zur Ablage von Bekleidung, das Möbelkonzept is ein Rätsel. Das Bad ist groß, aber es gibt deutliche Bedarfe zur Schimmelbeseitigung in der Dusche. Der Toilettensitz ist ebenfalls erneuerungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist in der Bewertung durchwachsen, sehr freundliche und weniger engagierte Mitarbeiter wechseln sich ab.

Curatenie. Camere spatioase. Baia foarte spatioasa. Personalul amabil si jovial. Locatia excelenta pentru a vizita locurile frumoase din Lisabona. Micul dejun este conform asteptarilor. Pot recomanada fara sa stau pe ganduri.

Excellent stay in Lisboa!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, Room was clean, and the hotel is located close to los of transportation options being only steps away from the metro station. There are also tonnes of restaurants just outside of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
