Amazing hotel and perfect location, and extremely clean

Extrem gutes Hotel. Super Service. Liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Großes, modernes Zimmer. Wir konnten die Koffer bereits vorher abgeben und zum Check in, waren sie bereits auf unserem Zimmer. Gutes WLAN. Gutes Frühstück.
Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Hatten dort unsere einen Teil unserer Flitterwochen und haben dafür Upgrades bekommen und guten Sekt und einen liebevollen Schokokuchen.
Hotel und Lage sehr schön und gut um Lissabon zu erkunden. Frühstück für den Preis sehr gut.

Staff were very friendly and location was perfect, the facilities were nice. Rooms were decent and well air conditioned. Breakfast had a great spread and was good.

O atendimento que foi nos dado já no check-in. Sofia foi muito gentil e atenciosa, recebemos um upgrade e a possibilidade de antecipar o checkin. O atendimento prestado por Inês também foi muito gentil e agradável.
o quarto muito quente porque o ar condicionado não atendia ao extremo calor mesmo estando na temperatura mínima. O banheiro com box que escorria agua mesmo com a porta fechada e precisamos solicitar mais um tapete para evitar que a água escorresse para dentro do quarto. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar
La ubicació centrica, a un pas d la plaça del Comerç , d on surten busos i tramvies, a un pas d l estació d metro Baixa Chiado.
Les instalacions estan correctes i molt netes.
La habitació no l he trobat tan petita com deien alguns comentaris, estaba molt bé, el lavabo també molt bé. A l' habitació cada dia ens deixaven una ampolla de vidre amb aigua q s'agraeix molt, hi havia cafetera amb cápsules i infusions. Un mirall gran, armari amb penjadors, bosses de paper per la roba bruta, sabatilles i barnús, el matalàs còmode i els coixins també. El personal molt amable. Hem estat molt bé.
A l'esmorzar potser faltaven una mica de productes sense gluten, el meu marit és celíac i no tenia gran cosa, ja q el pagues com un normal. Tenia els cafès , sucs ,fruita, ous remenats i durs i pa sense gluten q l habia d demanar cada dia, potser faltava alguna magdalena o cereals... però bé això és el q es troba sempre un celíac tot i pagar el mateix.
