Pros:

We loved the location so close to the harbour and part of the old area.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

Cons:

The coffee was not good at all.
In the room you get creamer for white coffee that's not very nice.

Die Lage war hervorragend!

Das Personal war nicht in der Lage -beziehungsweise es war dem Personal egal-die Bohnen in der Kaffeemaschine nachzufüllen damit man einen Espresso in der Früh trinken kann - auch als die Teebeutel aus waren - war das halt so.wir haben uns am Vortag um ein Taxi erkundigt- da wurde uns erklärt das machen wir dann wenn wir es brauchen das kommt in 2-5 Minuten - die Dame an der Rezeption hat es nicht geschafft uns ein Taxi zu organisieren - hätten wir nicht selbst von der Hauptstraße eines hergelotst würden wir heute noch warten - also da ist noch viel Luft nach oben!!

Lovely cosy hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

Everything was great, and although the room was quite small for two individuals, that is quite normal. The details were great with lots of storage, desk, water, bathroom, all lovely. All the staff were great and the breakfast buffet was extensive. The location was just blocks from the main square and waterfront so easy walking everywhere.

Cons:

The only criticism I have is the air conditioning was not functional. Apparently many hotels shut down the AC for winter months, which technically it was (mid March) but still our room was super hot. The very helpful lady at the front desk, Ines, brought up her own personal fan which solved the problem and allowed us to cool off enough to sleep. (The central location (which we loved) made it quite noisy when we tried to keep the window open to cool off.)

Superou as minhas expectativas.
Pros:

A atenção e generosidade da equipe. Eu e meu pai chegamos mais cedo do que o horário do check in, e fomos super bem atendidos. Ainda conseguiram adiantar nosso check in e nos colocaram num quarto ainda melhor do que o esperado. Localização excelente, banheiro ótimo, cama muito confortável, tudo incrível.
