Pros:

Ich war nicht das erste Mal hier zu Gast. Und ich mag das Hotel wegen des freundlichen Teams und der Lage sehr. Diesmal ist am frühen Morgen die Heizung ausgefallen. Ich habe es unter der kalten Dusche bemerkt. Das Bad war kalt, aber mir war nicht klar, dass kein Warmwasser und keine Heizung läuft. Kalt duschen ist gar nicht meins! Vielleicht hätte man zumindest über eine Preisreduktion nachdenken können. Bei nur einer Übernachtung hat die warme Dusche einen guten Anteil am "Komfort".
