Viele Stufen zum winzigen Zimmer unter dem Dach, Bett unter der Dachschräge, wie im Sarg.

Mittelalter-Ambiente in zentraler Lage - ideal zum Kennenlernen der Stadt

Das Haus insgesamt war sauber und ansprechend. Die Lage unmittelbar am zentralen Markt ist hervorragend. Das im Haus befindliche Restaurant bietet abwechslungsreiche Küche zu angemessenen Preisen. Der namensgebende "Tafelspitz" wird mit Meerrettich angeboten und wurde schön präsentiert. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und ein geschmackvolles Angebot, das sehr gut ausgestellt wird (Fliegenschutz, Deckel). Wenn man auf täglichen Service verzichtet, erhält man ein kleines "Dankeschön".

Cons:

Wir legen Wert auf Betten mit getrennten Matratzen und haben das bei der Buchung auch zum Ausdruck gebracht. Das Zimmer verfügte letztlich über ein geteiltes Untergestell mit einer Matratze 180x200 cm. Das ruhige Zimmer war deutlich abgewohnt und ohne dekorativen Anreiz. Andere Zimmer hatten einen Standventilator, dieses nicht - aber es wäre ohnehin keine Stellmöglichkeit vorhanden gewesen. Das saubere Bad war klein und verschachtelt. Andere Zimmer, in die man einen Blick werfen konnte, wirkten ansprechender gestaltet. Wir verzichten gerne auf täglichen Service incl. Handtuchtausch. Dann sollten aber die Hotels auch die Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen und Trocknen der Handtücher einplanen. Das ist in einer mittelalterlichen Kammer natürlich schwer realisierbar. Da muss der einzelne Reise abwägen, ob zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit, Ruhe und gutes Essen diese Einschränkungen wert sind.

Klasse Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Supertolle Lage, direkt am Marktplatz, Parkplätze sind in 3 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und kosten nur 7,- Euro/Tag!
Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und günstig und das Personal sehr (!) freundlich 🤩
