The worst stay ever!

Cons:

* Extensive renovation work is taking place throughout the hotel, although this was never disclosed before my stay. The noise continues throughout the night.
* The air conditioning does not work.
* The room is dirty and has not been properly cleaned.
* Several items in the room are broken or not functioning.
* Towels are not provided. Despite repeatedly asking for them, I am only told they are coming back from the laundry, but they are never delivered.
* The breakfast is very limited and does not match what is advertised. It mainly consists of sweet pastries, with very few other options.
* If you are assigned a room on the sixth floor, it is almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Around 1:00 a.m. every night, staff move tables and furniture around on the rooftop terrace directly above the rooms, creating significant noise. The rooftop itself is also poorly maintained.
* The hotel advertises a gym as one of its facilities, but there is no gym available.

This is especially disappointing because I have stayed at this hotel several times before. It has great potential, but unfortunately it is currently not being maintained or managed to the standard that guests should reasonably expect.

El desayuno muy variado y bueno todo. Fácil de localizar.

Cons:

Poca ventilación y ambiente cargado. El baño muy estropeado, la ducha se salía el agua hasta el pasillo, alcachofa muy antigua y sucia, el suelo de la ducha levantado. La habitación básica y añeja.

Personnel très accueillant et réactif à chaque demande avec politesse et sourire. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Une grande et une petite serviette dans la chambre pour 2 adultes. Pas de tapis de sol dans la salle de bain alors que l’eau sort beaucoup de la douche.

Un séjour parfait grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle et très chaleureuse.❤️❤️❤️

J'ai absolument tout apprécié dans cet établissement, mais ce qui m'a le plus marquée est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel. De l'agent de sécurité aux femmes de ménage, en passant par l'équipe de la réception, tout le monde était accueillant, souriant, respectueux et toujours prêt à aider avec beaucoup de patience. C'est grâce à eux que je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur travail et leur bienveillance. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
