Mid Town Hotel Casablanca

Arrived 2.30 a.m. room only had 1 towel for 2 people, no air conditioning , room is dirty.
Next day changed rooms , better bed , not as dirty, 3 day they say the air is fixed but it is not.
Coming froming Canada trying to sleep in +27 with humitidy does not work.
I requested some compensation but got nothing .
Would not recommend ....

The host and his apartment was great. The area around his apartment was a little dirty. The location was great but was noisy at night.

La housse de couette était sale ainsi qu’une des serviettes, le nettoyage des chevets et des murs laisse à désirer. La Literie est très ferme, le problème du parking dans une rue parallèle, donc il faut aller les voir pour qu’il vous ouvre la porte pour rentrer dans la voiture et ensuite avant de sortir. Allez à l’accueil pour leur dire qu’il vous ouvre la porte, l’équipe était très professionnel.

Si on n'est pas trop regardant sur le manque de vaisselle, la douche qui coule , les portes qui claquent tard la nuit et tot le matin ...le reste est convenable. L'emplacement ( très bien) et la clim ( bridée..) par forte canicule ont été très appréciés. Le prix a été correct en bénéficiant des promotions à 500 DH/nuit . On reviendra (faute de mieux)

El servicio súper bueno son súper amables el personal pero la limpieza está fatal los baños están súper sucios y descuidados la propiedad no es como sale en la foto es un asco el baño, ahora el personal es súper atento y amables

The property location is fairly walkable to Hassan II mosque, old medina shops, and some bars/restaurants. Hotel cleanliness needs improvement. Carpets were dirty. Hair dryer did not work. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful with setting up taxis and other small requests.
This hotel could be very good if it just had some upgrades and improvement on cleanliness.

Je ne recommande à personne cet hôtel pas de connexion Wi-Fi dans la chambre il faut à chaque fois aller à la réception
Les serviettes sont grisâtre pasdu tout blanches
Cest 3 ou 4 menus qui sont proposés tous les jours

However check in is very slow ( they are not familiar with ORBITZ platform

Lack of bottle of water in my room
I asked water they first said ok and will be delivered to the room. then the reception lady changed the tongue and claimed “ we don’t have water, buy from grocery, but 10pm everything is closed” then I insisted my right and they gave me one bottle

Les lieux étaient très beaux et accueillants. La chambre était très confortable. Il y avait toujours de l'eau au citron et à l'orange disponible à l'entrée. C'est une belle attention.

It’s neat , modern and chic.
5 mins from twin center and tramway, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by loads of supermarkets, produce market and restaurant.

The in-room amenities are new and sleek. A cot is provided if you have a baby.
Make an earlier request for cooking utensils else they won’t be available when you arrive, you’ll have to pay a 1000MAD deposit refundable when you leave. The room is spacious, has a 42” TV, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas cooker and dining table.

Chambre très spacieuse car cuisine. Le seul bémol, l'insonorisation. Entendre les conversations des voisins est parfois dérangeant.
