Cordial Hotel

2 bedroom room not suitable for 2 couples.

When we arrived the original location had a chain on the door. Luckily i had researched that their other hotel was 50m away on the other side of the road and we were booked there. No communication at all about it. The room was slightly different also (we originally booked a corner suite. Room was nice. Air con didnt stay on when we were out though so got hot quick. Not many people staying there but we like that. The roof top pool despite being a little slimy on the bottom was amazing. Views breathtaking. Ocean 500m away and sensational. Some mini marts across the road that exchange currency at a good rate and some really good food options.

We were disappointed with the pool (algae), but were able to use the adjacent property’s pool, which had less algae, plush towels, loungers, and an incredible view of the beach, city, and mountains. It said breakfast included but it was an additional charge of $5. The staff is excellent, very helpful and cheerful. It’s a great area with everything you need just steps away. The room had a great view, with effective blackout curtains. Housekeeping did a great job but rarely swept the floor. Amenities like toothbrushes, paste, razors, etc, were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was not clean

Good value for the cost. The fridge wasn’t very cold, and the internet wasn’t the best. But the price was good, and the staff was very good.

Like most hotels in Vietnam you’re getting great value for money and this is no exception wonderful friendly service from the staff especially hana who will greet you with a smile and go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable

Great value. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was top notch and extremely helpful. My room was more than i expected. Also, the morning buffet breakfast did not disappoint and served a wide variety of choices.

크리스마스때 숙박했는데 정성스런 카드까지만들어 주셨어요.
그리고 다 깨끗하고 좋았는데 저희가 묵었던 화장실에서는 하수구 같은 냄새가 나서 그것만 빼면 좋을듯요
조식도 좋고 마음에 들었습니다

인포에 계신여자 메니저가 영어늘 하실줄아셔서 소통에 문제가없어 너무좋았습니다.룸컨디션도 좋았습니다.

저렴한 가격대비 깔끔하고 수영장도 좋았어요 단지너무 늦은시간에 쓰지 못한점이 아쉽지만 좋았어요 조식도 다양해서 좋았습니다

Good location and clean space. Very helpful staff at the front desk namely Tran Nhi. Deserves 5 star service. She helped out to plan trips and offer suggestions what to do and when as it was my first trip in Da Nang. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff! Would recommend!

This is my second time in this hotel. I extremely recommend other traveler for this hotel. It's a value of your money. Room price is reasonable. All staff is also very nice to us, they good take care of us. Hotel facility is new and very good and also very clean. Location is not in front of beach but just walk 5-10 minutes to beach. I will choose this hotel again next time when I visit Danang.

Very new facility and clean room with large bathroom. Great views of the city from the rooftop pool. Hotel location is very close to the beach (walking distance), but far from some of the places (restaurants, points of interest) we wanted to go.
