Best thing about hotel was its proximity to everything.
Pros:

Property was ok. Rooms were too small especially with 2 wheelchairs in the room. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was decent. The location was very convenient to everything.

Cons:

They tried to charged me more money at check in.
The lock broke and it made us late to a scheduled activity.
They stripped our room from sheets and towels and didn’t not put clean ones so returned to an empty room after a long day.
They moved us to another room in the middle of the night from room 212 to 148

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my stay at the Fairfield hotel in Cape Cod. My room was not cleaned for two days. On the first day, I had to go to the laundry room myself to get clean sheets because housekeeping never serviced my room.

To make matters worse, I was locked out of my room twice because my key stopped working. Each time, I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

Overall, the lack of housekeeping and the repeated problems with my room key made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and attention to guests. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better stay.

Premessa: sono italiana. È un hotel che presuppone di avere l'automobile perché è lontano da tutto. Noi abbiamo fatto l'errore di non prenotarla dall'Italia e all'arrivo erano tutte esaurite.

Cons:

La prima colazione era compresa ma può andare bene solo per la clientela americana. Solo caffè americano, pane in cassetta, hamburger e cento tipi di cereali. Tazze, piatti e posate tutto in plastica. No brioches, biscotti, pane fresco, marmellata, caffè espresso, formaggio o prosciutto. Nulla!
La stanza dovrebbe essere rifatta un giorno sì e uno no, ma siamo stati 3 giorni senza vedere nessuno e con gli asciugamani sporchi.

Cons:

If we exclude the exception of one or two staffs, it is chaotic, where the General Manager is lucking reliability and integrity of the business when it comes to handling customers related issues.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Water issue was probably just a one-off.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful reception, clean and attractive room, good breakfast and convenient location (walkable) right near Cape Cod Mall and Whole Foods.

Cons:

The water coming out of the sink tap and bathtub tap was brown. We were told to run it for a while, which we did. It took quite a while for the discoloration to go away. This obviously was not a fault of Fairfield's but how it was handled could have been more satisfactory. We asked about whether we should drink it and the person at reception said no (we shouldn't drink it). So we asked for water bottles around 6 pm, but all they gave us was 2 small water bottles (8 oz), which wasn't enough to last until breakfast. Given the water problem, they might have been prepared with a more sufficient supply of water bottles for guests.

We were just there to visit family. We only slept on the room and did nothing else on the property.
Pros:

Clean room, reasonable price, good location.

Cons:

For some reason we were given a handicap room. The bed was very low, just a few feet off the floor. Someone with a key woke us at 8:15am trying to get into the room on 2 occasions. I’m assuming it was house keeping, but they never knocked. Luckily the dead bolt was on as the door did open slightly in both instances.

The room was handicapped accessible where I just pushed the handicapped button and the door opened so I could easily leave with my wheelchair

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and low I had bad backache when I got up each morning! I was very disappointed and in pain

Pros:

Our room was fine for our needs. Skimpy on bath toiletries as we needed an extra toothbrush and extra soap would be nice. Also, cleaning only every other day so a two night stay never receives a room cleanup and our trash was overflowing with little grandchildren. TV was always an issue to get working properly! Internet super slow...but little ones enjoyed buffet style breakfast which was decent. Pool not looking well-cleaned but water was warm. Overall room was nice.

Cons:

Pool and surrounding area need a good scrubbing!! Shouldn't be charging guests for parking in huge open parking lot with no mention!!
