It was ok the place was clean but cold
Pros:

Location was convenient and felt secure

Cons:

The room was cold. Had to turn up the heat to 75 just to warm it up. Also the water took forever to heat up for the shower the sink was always cold water. The room was outdated and wallpaper pealing off. The bathroom had clear water damage in the ceiling.

We enjoy the hotel very much and will book another visit there in the future.
Pros:

The customer service was very helpful. A good experience. I would come back again and plan to next spring or summer.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the rooms above us was very noisy and it affected our sleep. But to be fair
that not the hotel fault.

Easy check in/out, good distance from most places in the Cape.

Cons:

Breakfast should be included w/ that room price. We wouldn't have used it, but I am pretty sure others would think the same as well.
Strollers from other guests should be kept inside their rooms, and someone should mention that to them at check in.

Comfy,, quiet and accommodating. If we could have stayed longer, I would have used the fitness room.
Pros:

Alternative to milk and having a latte machine, almond or oat milk substitution. Go with options such as organic as much as allowed in your budget

Cons:

Chocolate waffles only and no alternative like normal waffles I would love to see change
