Pros:

The room was handicapped accessible where I just pushed the handicapped button and the door opened so I could easily leave with my wheelchair

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and low I had bad backache when I got up each morning! I was very disappointed and in pain

Pros:

Our room was fine for our needs. Skimpy on bath toiletries as we needed an extra toothbrush and extra soap would be nice. Also, cleaning only every other day so a two night stay never receives a room cleanup and our trash was overflowing with little grandchildren. TV was always an issue to get working properly! Internet super slow...but little ones enjoyed buffet style breakfast which was decent. Pool not looking well-cleaned but water was warm. Overall room was nice.

Cons:

Pool and surrounding area need a good scrubbing!! Shouldn't be charging guests for parking in huge open parking lot with no mention!!

The Northeast Blizzard of 2026
Pros:

Hotel was closed at time of arrival with no power or heat due to Cape Cod Blizzard of 2026....no advance notice received....had to travel over 80 miles to find accomodations!

Cons:

Everything, hotel closed to arrival due to blizzard of '26.....no power, no rooms....no advance notice given to us by Marriot....hotel had no emergency generators!

Very good
Pros:

Fairfield is located in an ideal location that is very good for tourism. Everything my spouse and I needed was in reached or walking distance. From the staffs to the breakfast was phenomenal. I will stay at Fairfield again when I’m in the area.

No repetiría caro y malo.
Pros:

El desayuno era normal, pero las señora del miso era muy limpia. Faltaba sirope para los gofres. No tuvieron previstos por ejemplo un yogurt? Regulin tirando a básico.

Cons:

La ubicación era en medio de la nada, a nivel turístico. El hotel era muy mal mantenido y la piscina tenía unas manchas en el suelo que daba grima bañarse.

You'll be glad you chose to stay here (even if it's less than perfec).!
Pros:

The entire property felt modern and "new" - e.g., new microwave over the refrigerator, large screen TV, "American" style breakfast., and plentiful parking.

Cons:

The front of the house needs improvement. I had to go to the front desk several times and got impression I was spoiling her time on TV or cellphone in the room behind the front desk. She seemed somewhat disinterested.

I wish the place had a small bar to unwind and relax. (I don't mean a bar in the room; I mean a common area bar near the lobby).

Good hotel, but disappointing experience because of the TV situation.
Pros:

room was great, very clean, breakfast was great

Cons:

I reserved a king suite with 2 large screen TVs for two nights. Neither worked. I was given a credit of $50 by the clerk at check out, but I do not feel that was sufficient. We were at the hotel for my granddaughter's basketball tournament and there wasn't too much to do between games, except to watch TV. My husband has dementia and he doesn't like to do too much, so TV is very important to us.

It was ok the place was clean but cold
Pros:

Location was convenient and felt secure

Cons:

The room was cold. Had to turn up the heat to 75 just to warm it up. Also the water took forever to heat up for the shower the sink was always cold water. The room was outdated and wallpaper pealing off. The bathroom had clear water damage in the ceiling.
