Lovely extra touch of a hot water bottle in the evening with professional, kind service in a clean, quiet and cozy hostal.
What a beautiful place to stay. They were so attentive and the room was perfect for us. They helped us with bags, they also gave us lots of information about Quito. The hot water bottle and treat delivery was 10/10 and we loved the staff for this even more - definitely recommend!
Beautiful location near the airport.
La atención del personal, muy atentos a cada detalle. Me daban una bolsita de agua caliente todas las noches para no tener mucho frio y una cobija extra, aunque el clima en la habitación estaba bien.

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to write this …Amazing experience, such a lovely establishment, and definitely doesn’t have a hostal feel, more like a hotel. The staff fall over themselves to make you feel comfortable and welcome, Anna is superb and helped us with an issue we had with the airline. Fernando and Alejandro were also superb ..
The outside of the building building doesn’t do it justice
It feels more like a 4 star hotel than a hostal. The staff were outstanding. The airline lost my suitcase and the receptionist ANNA took it up herself to personally make contact with the airport and then follow up daily. She also gave us suggestions about what to visit in the city etc, Fernando and Alejandro were also super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were given hot water bottles at night and fresh coffee delivered to our room when we just felt like coffee, nothing was too much to ask.
