Great hotel in good location
Pros:

Great hotel, near 2 metro stations, a lot of places to eat. Check-in was fast. I really liked that for additional EUR I could stay till 18.00 - with the late flight home it was nice. Laundry room and free water tank at our floor was bonus.

Cons:

Very small room. We had only backpacks - I don't know how to manage around the room with larger bags.

I am a germaphob and I felt so comfy here.
Pros:

Very clean and comfy and I liked the location - not too busy but everything you need in walking distance.

Cons:

Perhaps needs more laundry facilities and additional microwave

Good location nice tiny room.
Pros:

Room is clean and location is good close to transition easy to get around

Cons:

Breakfast are very poor, with no choice of food for price like this compare with APA hotel much better breakfast. the staffs not much friendly in breakfast area.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was good. Well, nice and approachable staff is also a plus. And the bed is wide and comfy. But all the rest is not ok.

Cons:

1.A terribly small room. It should have been more spacious, I have stayed in 14-15 sq m rooms in Japan and had more space, but the configuration of the room is very bad, so you basically have no space to open even one suitcase. And after studying the reviews more thoroughly I realised I am not the only one shocked by it. The toilet and shower are really much more spacious than usual eating much ofl the space.
2. The window was facing the brick wall, no light, no view, but still tons of noise from the street, like incredibly loud sirens and revving sounds of the engines, etc. And I have specifically kindly asked for a quiet room with a nice view. Sadly, it was neither. And very suffocating and claustrophobic.
3. Awful breakfast. It is really painful to watch how not ready they are for the crowds, although it has been an ongoing issue, judging from the reviews, and they have been trying to address it. Cramped, loud, chaotic. Tables are super close to each other. You better option is take out or going to any cafe. Cheaper, tastier and better environment.
4. The price. Just a week before we stayed at Namba, very central. The room is super roomy and comfy. Quiet and nice and paid less. Moreover, over the years,we have stayed in many other places near this hotel and none was this unsatisfying.

Bueno el desayuno y ubicación

Cons:

Que no validaron la cancelación de una habitación, pedimos dos habitaciones y cancelamos una y cuando llegamos nos dieron triples que no se había cancelado y no podíamos cambiar. Presentamos documentos médicos de la persona que no pudo viajar y dijeron que solo reconocían 5 mil yenes creo cuando habían cobrado como dos habitaciones, ni siquiera una triple, ya que todos nuestros amigos pagaron 48,000 a nosotros nos cobraron como 98,000.
Eso no me pareció justo
Luego contestaron que por dar la triple no podían devolver dinero, pero nosotros les dijimos cambien de habitación y no quisieron. Mal servicio para ser una cadena de hotel tan grande
