großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage, Preis-Leistung perfekt
Pros:

großzügige Wohnung mit drei Zimmern, nicht ganz modern, aber schön ruhig in einem Innenhof und halbwegs zentraler Lage. Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, Frühstück wurde in einer Bäckerei in der Nähe vom Hotel aus angeboten, war ausgezeichnet

Cons:

auf dem privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof, der auch von den Hotelgästen genutzt wird, hat uns eine äußerst unfreundliche Angestellte gleich verjagt, weil wir den Hund mithatten und der nicht auf die Grünfläche darf

Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes geräumiges Appartement im 5. Stock. Man kommt gut zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kathedrale, Schloss, Konzerthaus). Es gibt viele Lokale und Rrestaurants in der Nähe. Die Rezeptionistin (nur bis 18:00 besetzt) war sehr freundlich und gab uns einige Tipps. Die Räder mussten wir ins Apartment mitnehmen, aber das Haus hat einen geräumigen Lift.

Cons:

Im Appartement roch es bei unserer Ankunft stark nach Rauch. Das Bett ist schmal und hat nur auf einer Seite Licht. Beim Bett kein Stecker. In der Nacht kam von der Straße enormer Fußgängerlärm (Grölen und lautes Herumschreien). Wir mussten das Fenster schließen.

Pros:

Problemloser, freundlicher Check In. Alles klar und verständlich per Mail begleitet. Sehr gute Lage, sowohl für einen Stadtrundgang, als auch Ausflüge in den grünen Norden der Stadt. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Ausreichend sauber. Bett und Matratze ordentlich. Sehr große Räumlichkeiten, viel Platz. Preis/Leistung sagenhaft.

Cons:

Möbel extrem günstig und abgewohnt, Sofa war nicht sehr appetitlich. Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer eher Alibi. Kopfkissen sehr klein. Etwas nervige Abluft. Ein paar internationale TV Sender wären nett. Bei meinem Aufenthalt gab es einen Starkregen, bei dem es durch ein Dachfenster tropfte. Schimmel im Bad und an den Fenstern. Klingt alles dramatischer, als es war.

Fantastyczny apartament i doskonała obsługa
Pros:

Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Szczecinie! Od samego początku wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Apartament nowoczesny, bardzo czysty, komfortowy i świetnie wyposażony. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji miasta, restauracji i komunikacji.

Dużym atutem jest również parking znajdujący się tuż przy obiekcie, co znacznie ułatwia pobyt osobom podróżującym samochodem. Nie trzeba martwić się o szukanie miejsca postojowego, co jest ogromnym komfortem, szczególnie w centrum miasta.

Ogromnym plusem jest także bezproblemowe zameldowanie oraz profesjonalna i życzliwa obsługa. Łóżko było niezwykle wygodne, a cały apartament zapewniał ciszę i doskonałe warunki do odpoczynku. Zdjęcia w pełni oddają rzeczywistość, a nawet na miejscu wszystko prezentuje się jeszcze lepiej!

Gorąco polecam City Aparthotel Szczecin i na pewno wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es in Ordnung

Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig,

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist max. 140 cm breit. Die Ablage in der Dusche hing schon schief, da eine Schraube fehlte. Ist natürlich während des duschens runtergefallen.
