Pros:

The Hotel is really outstanding, combining authentic interior, very very spacious, bright and clean rooms, Armenian hospitality and diversified delicious breakfast.
The location is also great, just step away from Parajanov Museum, St.Sargis church, close also to supermarkets and Ararat Brand Factory. Bus stop is also close to reach Cascade, Opera and Republic Square (some 3 stops).
Separately I wish to highlight the amazing staff, always there to assist in any request you might have during your stay for the services or the city.
For sure, I will recommend my friends to stay here during upcoming trips, to enjoy same as me Armenian hospitality and delicious breakfasts at Terrace with Ararat mount unforgettable view!

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely room and roof terrace for breakfast overlooking Mt Ararat

Cons:

A bit of a hike from the centre. I was looking forward to booking a spa treatment but they were prohibitively priced.
Serious building work going on nearby- not their fault of course

Хороший отель за свои деньги
Номер большой, пол желательно очистить от пятен
Ковры тоже уже старые и пыльные
Очень вежливый персонал, все показал и рассказал
Вообще мы в отели были одни
Это с одной стороны настораживает, с другой нам все понравилось, почему не было других гостей не понятно
Завтраки сытные, готовили вкусно для нас двоих

Ковры - очень старые и уже их не возможно держать чистыми

Хорошее месторасположение, большие, чистые, уютные номера, убираются дважды в день.

Cons:

Под окнами огромная стройка, которая начинается ровно в 9:00, спать с этого момента невозможно!Ужасная слышимость, никто об этом не предупредил!
Скудные завтраки с 9:00 до 11:00, как это вообще возможно, что завтрак всего 2 часа? Очень маленький выбор завтраков, но все очень вкусно. Однажды я пришел после 11:00 и персонал все равно приготовил для меня еду, спасибо!
Очень слабый интернет, который постоянно пропадает!
Мини бара в номере не было. Ресторан работает непонятно до какого часа.
