Очень хороший отель за свои деньги

Расположение, завтрак, соотношение цены и качества

Cons:

Уезжала рано утром, соответственно не успела на завтрак. Девушка на ресепшен сказала что в таком случае нужно за сутки предупредить и сделают бокс с собой, то же самое было написано в гайде в номере. Я сказала об этом за день (не за 24 часа, а просто в день ДО), на что мне сказали, что предупреждать нужно было до пяти часов, так как бар работает только до пяти и уже никакой бокс мне сделать не могут. Время на тот момент было 16:57. Ничего страшного в целом, но хотелось бы понимать это заранее, возможно, включить эту информацию в hotel guide

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception who were always welcoming and friendly. The hotel had a beautiful, pleasant scent throughout, which created a great first impression. A big highlight was the breakfast terrace with a stunning view of Mount Ararat – truly a memorable experience. Breakfast itself was good and sufficient.

Cons:

The room facing the street was quite noisy, as the windows did not seem to insulate sound well, which affected sleep quality. At breakfast, small spoons for coffee were missing – a minor detail, but noticeable. I was also disappointed by misleading breakfast photos on Booking (e.g., a picture showing salmon). After asking the staff, we were told that salmon has never been part of the breakfast offering. While this is a small issue, it feels misleading and unprofessional

Pros:

Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer. Aber unsere Freundin hatte das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und sie konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen, da es super laut war. Personal ist nett und Frühstück war sehr lecker

The Hotel is really outstanding, combining authentic interior, very very spacious, bright and clean rooms, Armenian hospitality and diversified delicious breakfast.
The location is also great, just step away from Parajanov Museum, St.Sargis church, close also to supermarkets and Ararat Brand Factory. Bus stop is also close to reach Cascade, Opera and Republic Square (some 3 stops).
Separately I wish to highlight the amazing staff, always there to assist in any request you might have during your stay for the services or the city.
For sure, I will recommend my friends to stay here during upcoming trips, to enjoy same as me Armenian hospitality and delicious breakfasts at Terrace with Ararat mount unforgettable view!
