Style
Останавливались только на ночёвку в завершающий день путешествия по Армении. Была цель на следующий день погулять по кварталу Конд, поэтому был выбран этот отель. Плюс хотелось вид на Арарат).
Когда мы были там, вёлся масштабный ремонт дороги. Поэтому пробки у отеля круглосуточно. Также сейчас в непосредственной близости к отелю строится многоэтажка. Строительный кран и бетонный каркас значительно портит вид, который ожидали получить. Поэтому если ищите отели с видовыми номерами, то здесь, видимо, уже (или пока) не тот вариант.
Сам отель оформлен очень красиво, стильно. Номера очень большие и удобные. На 5 человек у нас было 2 номера. Из всех отелей, в которых мы побывали за это путешествие по Армении (а их было 5), это было самое комфортное размещение в плане спальных мест.
Объект размещения - Apricot Hotel Yerevan - давно пережил свою ценность и привлекательность!

Номер потрепанный и практически давно не знал уборки! На балкон лучше не выходить - сплошная грязь!
Завтрак скудный и часть продуктов далеко не первой свежести! Абсолютно не соответствует действительности представленные на Booking фотографии! Нет ни лосося, ни моцареллы, ни свежих фруктов! Из овощей - помидоры, перец и водянистые огурцы.
Омлет у повара заказывать не рекомендую. То, что представят минут через 25. - точно не омлет в классическом варианте.
This is the nicest hotel that I have stayed in Yerevan (and I tried quite a few). It's well-located, the rooms are clean and stylish, everything works, and the lobby even has a slight scent of perfume, as in the best hotels. But the biggest surprise for me was the breakfast terrace – it has a great view of the Ararat mountain. Just sitting there having coffee and enjoying the view will remain one of the nicest memories of this trip.
Easy check in, nice comfortable room, not far from the centre.
The bathroom facilities could be improved and the minibar maybe
В плане отдаленности от центра - очень удобно. Ты немного вдали от шума и пробок, но при этом 20 минут ходьбы и ты в самом центре. Номера просторные, кровати удобные
Вокруг стройка активная. Наши окна выходили прям на стройку и мы даже не могли открыть шторы, потому что рабочие буквально заглядывали к нам в номер. Плюс шум и крики начинались уже в 8 утра.

The only significant issue we had were the curtains. Unfortunately, they were very thin and we were waking up every day at sunrise because the sun would come in. I would strongly suggest to replace them to ensure a more comfortable stay
Frühstücksraum und Frühstück waren gut.
Wir haben die gehobene Zimmerkategorie gebucht (Suite mit Kingsize-Bett), weil uns ein Balkon im Zimmer sehr wichtig ist und der in der Zimmerausstattung aufgeführt war. Das Zimmer erwies sich als großer, leerer, ungemütlicher Raum ohne Balkon. Laut Managerin sei es ein französischer Balkon. Vom französischen Balkon stand in der Beschreibung allerdings nichts. Ich hänge die Bilder an, macht ihr selbst euren Eindruck. Das Hotel hat "das Missverständnis" bedauert. Meine Meinung nach kann man hier von keinem Missverständnis reden.
Ansonsten komische Sanitätsanlage, nicht wirklich von der Abmessung aufeinander abgestimmt. Von beiden Seiten vom Hotel Baustellen, wo auch aktiv gearbeitet wird. Für den Preis gibt's auf jeden Fall bessere Alternativen in Jerewan.
