Das Hotel liegt im äußeren Stadtzentrum ungefähr 20 Minuten vom Platz der Republik entfernt. Man kann jederzeit ein- und auschecken, die Rezeption ist jederzeit besetzt. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus hatte man bei schönem Wetter einen guten Ausblick auf den Ararat und über Eriwan. Morgens wurde ein Frühstücksbüffet mit einiger Auswahl aus süßen und deftigen Speisen. Es sollte für jeden etwas dabei gewesen sein. Das Personal insbesondere an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Dusche schwankte bei den Temperaturen zum Teil recht stark zwischen Kühle und kochender Hitze. Hier müsste noch etwas nachgebessert werden.

The views from the rooftop terrace, cleanliness, rooms are spacious, good hot water in the shower. Location close to the street with all bars/restaurants so very convenient
Breakfast is good but meager. The service is very slow, the breakfast is supposed to start at 8am but when we arrived at 08.15, half of it was not there (omelette etc) and only arrived 15 min later. The staff at breakfast is also very slow and does not really show any initiative to greet guests (say hello and goodbye), check which table they prefer, brings cushions for the outdoor seating. No beer in the hotel bar.for the price we paid for 3 nighrs we expected a more attentive service. The only friendly person was a lady at the reception. Overall we believe there are better options in Yerevan for this price tag
Hotel con uno stile bellissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, si ha la sensazione di pulito e raffinatezza in tutta la struttura. Staff gentile e colazione abbondante e molto buona.
Non abbiamo provato i servizi, la posizione non è centralissima ma buona e in un bel quartiere.

Эргономика, темновато: одна лампочка на потолке и пара бра над кроватью.
We didn’t much like this hotel. The reception area has a drab soviet feel and there was no warm welcome. Our room was large but with 2 marble steps down to the bathroom area which is highly dangerous in the middle of the night.
The bathroom was also large but bleak and the toilet was slow to fill.
Breakfast service was non existent - no welcome but 2/3 staff standing/sitting doing nothing. We seated ourselves and helped ourselves to an average buffet. No offer of tea or coffee ensued. In the end we shouted our order across the vast expanse of the room from our table to the staff at the bar. Our drinks then arrived.
We went out after breakfast returning around 2pm. Our room had not been serviced. BTW there was noticeable dust in the room, we were unable to regulate the temperature so had to open the window.
On reflection 3 blobs was too generous!
Отличное расположение с замечательным видом на Арарат. Огромный светлый номер. Ванная комната тоже была большой со всем необходимым (вообще размеры номера и ванной удивили). Огромная удобная кровать. В отеле много винтажной мебели, картин и ковров, что создает уникальную атмосферу. Очень любезные и гостеприимные девочки на ресепшене.
Не хватало локального света у зеркала в ванной. Не слишком удобно расположены розетки (не обнаружили их у кровати). Да, перед отелем ведется стройка, но это не доставляет никаких неудобст.

Это очень тихий отель с большими номерами. Несмотря на то, что это довольно старый отель, номера сделаны таким образом, что эта старина их украшает
Я люблю самые большие по размеру номера и тишину.
Стройка рядом совсем не мешала, хотя она совсем рядом и мой номер Азнавур с балконом выходит прямо на стройку
Выходные стройка не работает, до 10.00 утра никто на стройплощадку не выходит вечером не работают . Я не заметила чтоб была повышенна активность и шум . Провела в отеле неделю
