Pros:

Le lit est trop grand pour la taille de la chambre et attention il serait temps de remplacer le sèche cheveux. Sinon l'hôtel est relativement très agréable et super rooftop

Belle localisation chambre confortable
Pros:

La localisation près de la plage et des restaurants. La piscine rooftop est très agréable

Большой просторный номер. Хороший, приятный ремонт. Удобная большая ванная, но мы пользовались только душем. Удобные кровати и подушки, теплые одеяла. Холодильник работал

Не было ежедневной уборки - в Сеуле мы жили в отеле несколько раз дешевле и с меньшим количеством звезд, но с сервисом в несколько раз лучше. Не меняли ни тапочки, ни халаты, ни полотенца. Кажется, за все время пребывания у нас было 2 уборки.

В один из днем нам пришлось переезжать ночью, потому что у нас в номере был ГИГАНТСКИЙ размером с ладонь черный ТАРАКАН!!! Нас тут же переселили на другой этаж в такой же номер - а вещи оставили внизу. Так как с моей страной у меня был большой лаг во времени - 6 часов, мы с дочкой в отпуске спали до 11-12 часов дня по местному времени. Так вот - утром после таракана около 9-10 часов меня разбудил персонал, попросил забрать вещи в новый номер, также со словами, что помочь со сборами они не могут. Мне пришлось вставать, собираться (я вообще не планировала этим заниматься, планировала отдыхать) - я пошла собирать вещи. При этом позже я вернулась в свой новый номер на 9 этаже - доспала и пошла снова на 10 этаж, где мы жили и располагалась химчистка - я увидела, что наш прежний номер был открыл и там все еще не было уборки. Получается, меня разбудили просто так???? Несмотря на всю эту ситуацию нам не предложили даже никакого комплимента - скорее всего стакан лимонада и чашка кофе исправили бы ситуацию и этого комментария даже не было бы.

Отель находится рядом с пляжем, но не на первой линии - а в каком-то закутке за стройкой - однажды, когда мы возвращались вечером, увидели, как таксист справляется нужду прямо перед отелем - это было ужасно. Но улица у отеля тихая и темная - видно, там это часто.

Бассейн работает с перерывом в течение дня - то есть вы можете прийти и лечь отдыхать, но потом вас попросят выйти на "обед". Никогда с таким не сталкивалась.

Персонал не то чтобы очень вовлечен, пару раз мне показалось, что не то что не любезен, а даже груб. Кажется, это мой первый настолько негативны отзыв, но проживание было недешевым, а у меня не осталось хороших впечатлений, поэтому так. Спасибо за внимание
