Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und Bar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück war bis zum Schluss alles noch zu bekommen.
In diesen heißen Tagen war die Klimaanlage Gold wert 😊

Cons:

Die ältere Einrichtung war zweckmäßig, allerdings gab es viele Ecken, die schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt wurden. Nach Reklamation versuchte man das ein oder andere zu beheben, aber da ist immer noch Luft nach oben.

Wir kommen wieder...
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen und die Matratzen sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr groß. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Cons:

Die Kissen und Bettdecken könnten mal erneuert werden.
Die Badewanne wird zum Duschen genutzt. Der Einstieg über den Wannenrand ist nicht so leicht. Würde die Handbrause an der schmalen Seite der Badewanne angebracht sein, wäre das Duschen bequemer möglich.

Cons:

Morgenmad ringe - ventede 1/2 time på et hårdkogt æg. Den udskårne frugt såsom ananas i tern var for gammelt.
Rengøring ikke en selvfølge!
Badeværelse ikke egnet for gangbesværede (glat gulv og livsfarligt badekar)
Receptionen: Manglende styr på booking. Gæster anbefales at medbringe egen dokumentation fra Booking.com.

Pros:

Erwartungen für 1 Wochenende mit 2 Übernachtungen wurden erfüllt, sehr zentrale Lage, Preis/Leistung o.k., über den Frühstückspreis kann man sicher streiten, auch über den Preis der Tiefgarage-war aber alles im Rahmen.

Cons:

Da gab es nichts, hat alles im Paket gepasst.

A lovely stay in a great hotel- we would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very good location & the courtyard area was a lovely place to sit & have a drink. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that the pillow was too soft, but I’ve found this a lot in hotels in Germany. I appreciate that this is a personal preference.
