Cons:

Wir haben ein unkompliziertes Hotel für einen Leipzig-Besuch gesucht; leider haben wir nicht gewusst, dass die Rezeption um 23 Uhr schließt. Zum Glück hat die freundliche Hotel-Mitarbeiterin, die eigentlich schon Feierabend hatt, kurz nach 23 Uhr noch einmal aufgeschlossen.

Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht. In der Nähe gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und auch zu essen.
Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut. Von allem was dabei.

Kind compassionate customer service when we needed it the most - thank you!
Pros:

We were staying in this hotel to visit our son in hospital who sadly died, and the hotel staff were very kind and compassionate during our stay. The hotel was very closely located to the hospital - about 10 minute walk away. Staff kindly provided a quiet bedroom, so we could rest and we had to meet the funeral directors in the day we checked out and they provided a quiet space and kindly provided drinks and extra time. When you are going through a tough time like a bereavement - it is this type of kindness that can make a real difference - we really appreciated it. The reception and bar/lounge staff were very kind throughout our stay which made all the difference. Breakfast was generous and tasty too! Well done to all and highly recommend.
