Pros:

Nhân viên ca sáng, trưa, chiều, tối hay gì cũng rất OK, niềm nở và hỗ trợ hết mình. Lúc mình vào trước giờ checkin nhận phòng đã được bạn nữ vui vẻ hỗ trợ giữ hành lí và hỗ trợ mang quạt lên cho phòng mình. Khi lạnh vẫn không mát thì cũng được anh sửa máy lạnh đến hỗ trợ. Sau đó, mình quyết định nhắn xin thêm 1 cây quạt nữa thì cũng được anh tiếp tân ca chiều mang lên. Về nhân lực bên đây thì không có điểm nào để chê.
Phòng khá thơm, khá rộng, nhiều đèn, đặc biệt là toilet rộng tắm rất thoải mái. Giường cũng lớn, nằm 2 người gần 200kg cũng không sao luôn.

Cons:

Phòng không sạch sẽ như mong đợi vì tường và mọi thứ đều đã xuống cấp. Tủ lạnh lục đục rất ồn. Chỗ bếp hơi tối, bị âm á. Chỗ đó có cành cây bị kẹt ngay cửa sổ, mong khách sạn giúp gỡ chiếc cành đó ra với.

Pros:

Location is close to many places, but the building is behind and at the dead end so it was hard for Grab car and taxi.

Pros:

We had a very good stay. The room was modern and clean, while a bit on the smaller side, it was perfectly comfortable for a short stay in Saigon.
The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, they even allowed us to check in a bit later, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was that the walls aren't very well insulated, so you can hear a bit of noise, but it wasn't a major issue for us.Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
