Difficult situation with booking.com overbooking etc, staff were amazing, stressful situation with so many people affected but delbt with it well.
Amazing views, especially from rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was poor as was water temperature- didn't get hot enough.

Essen war sehr gut mit reicher Auswahlt, mega Aussicht, Top Lage

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang könnte deutlich freundlicher sein und es wäre gut, wenn er sich auf den Gast und nicht auf die Freundin konzentriert, wenn man seine Aufmerksamkeit bräuchte. Und ich habe nun 4x anfragen dürfen, bis ich tatsächlich per email die Rechnung bekommen habe, wie kann das sein???

Vyn från rummet och Skybaren var superbra. Närheten till allt i staden. Frukostbuffén hade lokala specialiteter.

Cons:

Inget skohorn, trång dusch och jättesvag duschstråle. Billigt te. Ganska låg standard men antar att man betalar för läget inne i staden.

Hôtel très bien situé du port et des magasins. Je suis contente de mon choix !!!!

Navette aéroport aller-retour nickel ! Réception agréable, font traduction quand on ne comprend pas tout en anglais, patient, souriant !!! Chambre confortable et propre, bouilloire thé café chocolat, chauffage, eau chaude. Très bien situé, à 200 m du port et des agences d'excursions, et 100m resto et supermarchés !!! Petit déjeuné 6h -10h superbe vue, bien achalandé, personnel souriant et disponible
