Great location and clean comfortable room
A bit expensive, but it’s Greenland and everything is understandably expensive
La vista de la terraza , me encantó
Tener opciones de excursiones con diferentes operadores en el mismo hotel , solo había una sola y no tenían excursiones hasta el 5 de octubre .
No había otras opciones y no pudimos tomar ninguna excursión . Tener a alguien en el hotel que te apoye a buscar las reservaciones hubiese sido lo mejor .

Gästebetreuung war klar nicht zufriedenstellend. Anstatt den angebotenen Shuttle-Service wurde auf unsere Kosten - und ohne Vorinformation - ein Taxi gerufen, welches wir zu unserer Überraschung am Flughafen bezahlen mussten. Trotz Mitteilung an das Hotel erhielten wir keine Rückantwort.
The hotel ticked most boxes., besides the below.
Sadly I paid for a room where there was supposed to be twin beds and a bunk bed. Sadly it was a double which meant unless my party wanted to share the double two had to use the bunk beds. We raised this at check in twice, I was promised twice by reception it would be raised with their manager and they would speak to me about some sort of refund as I purposely booked the room several months in advance and as per the photo of the room I booked it was not the same. Noone ever spoke to me and offered some form of compensation. Terrible customer service and false advertising.
Centre of the city location with free shuttle for the airport. Very convenient and a great view from the rooftop restaurant and some rooms.
Not very knowledgeable about the tours and things to do. But otherwise they were fantastic

Morning buffett has downgraded in the past years.
In town location. Facilities were modern and up to date. Shuttle works well. The Inuit Cafe nearby serves great food with (believe it or not) great Sri Lanken food too. The restaurant is very scenic (almost as good as the Hotel Arctic).
Rooms on the first and second floor with high numbers (> 8) are very close to a back road that occasionally gets loud noises (like a motorcycle with no muffler) after midnight. Ask for higher floors and lower numbers (< 8).

Very central so possible to walk most places. Wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant. Very clean. Excellent wifi. Helpful staff. Printed a couple of documents for me at no cost. Good breakfast with lots of options. Quiet.
The room was small - but the reception area is large with lots of seating so it is okay for an alternative place to sit. Food at dinner in the restaurant was overpriced and not very good.

Good location
Solid hotel, but after also staying at another nearby hotel there are pros and cons by comparison, the most notable being the fact that the other apartment-style hotel had a mini fridge, second sink, and kitchenette. By comparison this is a more classic hotel room. Of note - the only rectangular and adequately fluffy pillows we found in all of our stays in Greenland, so that was a big plus.
Additionally, the room size at the Best Western is fairly large; there is a 1-person infrared sauna on the 4th floor (you need to borrow and return the key card for use from the front desk); there is a very small mini gym (with dumbbells, a treadmill, stair climber, and air bike); the breakfast is quite good; the views from the upstairs rooftop deck are unbeatable; and it’s a great location right in town. The only way to access the shared guest fridge is to ask the front desk to store and retrieve your items which can be a little annoying. All in all, nice stay for a more traditional-style upscale hotel in town.
The room can feel a bit stuffy and musty, and there is no mini-fridge in the room.
