Very central so possible to walk most places. Wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant. Very clean. Excellent wifi. Helpful staff. Printed a couple of documents for me at no cost. Good breakfast with lots of options. Quiet.
The room was small - but the reception area is large with lots of seating so it is okay for an alternative place to sit. Food at dinner in the restaurant was overpriced and not very good.

Good location
Solid hotel, but after also staying at another nearby hotel there are pros and cons by comparison, the most notable being the fact that the other apartment-style hotel had a mini fridge, second sink, and kitchenette. By comparison this is a more classic hotel room. Of note - the only rectangular and adequately fluffy pillows we found in all of our stays in Greenland, so that was a big plus.
Additionally, the room size at the Best Western is fairly large; there is a 1-person infrared sauna on the 4th floor (you need to borrow and return the key card for use from the front desk); there is a very small mini gym (with dumbbells, a treadmill, stair climber, and air bike); the breakfast is quite good; the views from the upstairs rooftop deck are unbeatable; and it’s a great location right in town. The only way to access the shared guest fridge is to ask the front desk to store and retrieve your items which can be a little annoying. All in all, nice stay for a more traditional-style upscale hotel in town.
The room can feel a bit stuffy and musty, and there is no mini-fridge in the room.

Position, cleaning and wonderful view
The service in the hotel should improve to stick with world standard. Drink a cocktail without ice is not an option. Send the clients to drink something outside when the bar in the hotel is open is a sign of immaturity. Be aware that when significant volume of tourists will come, they expect another level of service :-)
