Zimmer Top - Frühstück Flop

Gute Ereichbarkeit, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Zimmer klimatisiert

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, Wir haben kein Frühstück wie im Grandhotel erwartet,
aber was hier angeboten wird ist von der Produktqualität her absolut Basic, weder die Wurst noch doch die Backwaren sind akzeptabel, auch der Kaffee schmeckte uns nicht. Ahornsirup, Honig und weiteres war leer (bereits kurz nach 8:00 Uhr) und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt solange wir dort waren. Wir haben auch kein Servicepersonal beim Frühstück gesichtet, bei dem man hätte nachhaken können. Für 18,- € pro Person hätten wir schon etwas mehr an Qualität und Service erwartet. Sollten wir wiedermal dort übernachten (Zimmer waren absolut OK) dann nur noch ohne Frühstück, der Wettbewerb mit den türkisen Zimmereinrichtungen kann das wesentlich besser. Auch das "BarTeam das willig und freundlich war" an diesem Abend war schlecht ausgebildet, mit Hilfe von unseren Anleitungen konnte dann aber doch Cuba Libre,, Gin Tonic und Campari Soda zubereitet werden - Zitrone oder Limette war allerdings leider nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

Gute Anbindung an Altstadt, auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Großer Pendlerparkplatz in der Nähe. Frühstück bot große Auswahl, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Ibis Hotels in anderen Städten ist dieses hier wirklich geschmackvoll und ortsspezifische eingerichtet!

Pros:

The hotel is rather good quality and nice designed. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

I would give this hotel a nine, but I'm taking one off because the window in the room wasn't clean. And one point for the breakfast. 45 minutes before end of breakfast 30 - 40 percent of food was unavailable in comparison with previous day.

Lage war gut Klimaanlage super funktioniert und der Parkplatz war auch in Ordnung für das Geld

Lage warten beim Check in Getränkeautomat beide Tage kein Wasser erhältlich nicht automatisch einen parkschein erhalten erst später auf Nachfrage dasselbe mit den welan passwort
