Muy cómodo para mi llegada a Japón
Pros:

El hotel es lindo, sencillo, relativamente bien ubicado, cerca del centro Shinjuku. La habitación es más grande de lo que suele ser el promedio en Japón. Es recomendable para una estadía de 3 días. Las camas son muy cómodas y el baño es amplio

Cons:

Quizás falta algo de espacio para maletas, pero es algo general en Japón.

Excellent value, clean well appointed room & bath. Friendly hardworking staff.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities and had a nice layout that fit our family of 5. The bidet was one of the higher end units with auto seats and flush function. It was about 15 minutes from the main train station and 6 minutes from the smaller station so pretty convenient location. Short train ride to Shinjuku main area. Must mention the young gentleman who cleaned the unit and staffed the front desk. We arrived early hoping to check in but since another guest checked out that morning it was not possible. He obviously worked extremely hard to get the room ready for us about 15 minutes prior to check in time and was very humble as well as gracious. Highly commend his work ethic and attitude.

Cons:

Not much can be done in this regard but you can easily hear noise from the lobby and entrance area as our unit was right next to it. A microwave or toaster would have been nice to have.

沒有電梯要爬樓梯，對於老人家不是很方便。距離地鐵有2-3站公車距離是上坡，如果運氣好可以搭公車，沒有微波爐，垃圾沒有天天收，建議可以放房間外的方法。

Quaint, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Really loved this place, it’s only a short walk from multiple transportation options, the room was spacious enough for two and the beds were the most comfortable we experienced in Japan. Check in and access was seamless and the property communicated everything clearly and well in advance.

Pros:

Lage war ruhig und freundlich. Die nächste U‘Bahn Station war ca. 8min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer waren eher klein aber völlig ausreichend und gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Fenster war nicht ganz dicht wodurch es durch die Kälte im Februar in der Nacht etwas reingezogen hat.

Beautiful comfortable bed and super clean and quiet in a good location if you are happy to walk 10 minutes to train stat
Pros:

The bed, pillows and doona were so comfortable. It was really quiet and we slept so soundly. The shower pressure was fantastic and the heated toilet seat with all the bells and whistles a real treat. We used the mini fridge and the kettle, toiletries and ear plugs. The TV and Netflix was easy to use. When the bathroom exhaust fan button broke the girls fixed it efficiently. 5 minute walk to Lawson, 7/11 and delicious little restaurants and a 10 minute walk to train station so great location.

Cons:

No lift so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of curving stairs. Not really a problem and we had been warned.

Pros:

Great, no frills hotel. No staff on site but will respond very quickly to messaging. About 10 min walk from 2 train stations. About 10-15 min walk to main area of Shinjuku, which was great for us as we wanted to be close to the action but not in it. Very close to a Family Mart. Large room, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing! Of note, no elevator and we were on 3rd floor

Loved it - great location to start our exploration of Tokyo. Staff were very accommodating.

We have a family of 2 large adults and 2 very tall teenagers, the double beds weren’t enough for us to sleep comfortably however you very kindly provided additional bedding at no additional cost and my teenage son was able to sleep in the maisonette.
