Pros:

The mattresses and the pillows were super comfortable, plenty of soft, fluffy towels. Huge beds, huge bathroom, nice deep bath.

Cons:

When we arrived the room wasn't clean. After asking the member of staff to clean it, however, they did so and after that everything was OK.

Comfy and spacious for family of 4. No lift but was lucky to be assigned at ground level.

Location is a but hard to access. Ordered taxi but was asked to be picked up on the main road instead
