As a corporate client to Sanctuary Hotel Resort and SPA, I would give my rating 10/10 to reservation officers (Varina, Norman) and Accounts Receivable team (Rozelle). Their response to our bookings and clarification on invoices are on timely basis.
Our crews always get back to us that Sanctuary team provides best catering and arrange transport effectively upon our request.

We enjoyed our stay and the suport by the friendly staff. We remember Immaculate, Esley and Angel who stood out by their efforts.
Our room by the pool was quite loud, but we got a change to a quiter side.
The beautiful green decor around the entire hotel gives it the feel to be in the jungle not the capital:)

It was a good experience. Food was delicious. Room was clean and tidy. Location was scenic and beautiful. Good service from staff and driver Jimmy.

Today I decided to take my 2 nephews for a day out with uncle.

The day finished off with a wonderful afternoon at the poolside of the Sanctuary Hotel Resort & Spa, listening to the birds, surrounded by the beautiful poolside garden and the watching the boys enjoying thier time in the water.

With the workload I have in Port Moresby and the Issues that happens in the city, it’s certainly a solace that I can resent while catered by friendly staff with the variety of amazing food.

If you don’t want to drive to far out to get some peace, fresh local food and great service I highly recommend the Sanctuary.

Staff were very accommodating, in terms of organising transfers to and from the airport. Hotel was close to the aiport which we liked. The rooms were clean, had the amenities needed, comfy bed and pillows. The menu was basic although it did have traditional foods aswell portions were big which was great, lovely Rosyln and her team were very friendly :)

We really enjoy staying in the sanctuary hotel resort spa. From the time we were picked up at the airport by jhon, the check in, the room and best of all is the dinner. We were welcome by angelyn at the restaurant. She’s very friendly and patiently explaining the menu to us. We really enjoy our dinner, it was beyond what we expected. Thank you for the head chef as well. We won’t forget the beef stew! It was delicious. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Sanctuary Hotel truly lives up to its name. Tucked away in what many would consider an unimaginable—and often unsafe—location, this hotel feels like a peaceful oasis. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, surrounded by lush green plants and bougainvilleans in full bloom. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, creating a very comfortable stay.
The rooms were warm, clean, and well equipped, with a comfortable bed that made rest easy. Noise was never an issue—the hotel was quiet and peaceful throughout. Service was excellent; all staff were humble, caring, and attentive. Special thanks to Miss. Shirley So-on for her outstanding assistance. Amenities were great overall.

Friendly, comfortable and thanks to Chef Hegoi and Sanctuary team for excellent meal. We really enjoyed the great tasty local dishes. While a full range of food types, it was great to try the local dishes Reccomend the Bariva and Red Emporer with taro.

A very beautiful place indeed! Very clean and very pleasant sites. Customer service was top tier, the staff were really nice and friendly and overall just very helpful. The rooms were very nice to see, unique styles and just wonderful. Last but not least, the food was a 5 star rating, the meal was very delicious and overall just great!

The place is amazing, beautiful, clean rooms. It’s got a wonderful warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food was amazing, my friends and I had a bit of this and that from the menu and it was very hearty. The service was excellent and would definitely recommend!

Customer service was great and staff were very accommodating. The hotel itself is very eco-friendly, lovely greenery and gives a homey resort stay. The rooms have different styles and can accommodate friends, family or business ventures! And lastly, the food and the variety of the menu was just awesome.

Very high quality and cozy rooms, lush and attractive walkways. Friendly staff. Amenities all top class. Would return!

Had the best time away with family for Christmas! The environment is peaceful & quiet & transports you into a forest setting. Great service all around from reception to room service. The rooms were lovely & spacious. Room service was quick. The food there was worth every penny spent. Shout out to the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, Grace, Mickeala, Martha & Linda ☺️
