Nice stay for a night!
Pros:

The room was good. The bed and bathroom was clean. It seems the refrigerator was not working. The air conditioning and coffee maker was working as expected.

Cons:

The breakfast was included in the booking. During checking we were not explained and provided the breakfast coupon. That cause some confusion during breakfast time. It seems to me the hotel system was not showing that breakfast was included in the room.

We made lemonade out of lemons and my birthday was a good one.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Cons:

I came for my birthday. When we went to the bar for a cocktail for my celebration, they did not have a liquor license and no beer or wine. That meant getting back into our car and driving to get something to celebrate with. The pool area was nice, but I would not get into the discolored hot tub. It was so old and outdated that we did not trust it. But the final disappointment was that the TV was so limited that there were no premium channels or Netflix to even watch a decent movie. We assumed that they would have that, and we did not bring a streaming device. We watched a movie on our small phone. Honestly, for the $300 a day, there should have been more for us to do to enjoy my celebration. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and I have never experienced this before.

We have hosted several events at the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne over the years, and each experience has been outstanding. From planning through execution, everything has always been organized and seamless.

A special thank you to Alyssa Murray, who has been incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our events run smoothly and has been a wonderful partner throughout the years.

We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality and look forward to continuing our partnership for future events. Highly recommended!

Room unsatisfactory
Pros:

Location was great. Atmosphere of hotel was good but our room on the second floor wasn't very nice. The toilet didnt work. Maintenance came and said fixed but when we returned in the evening it still didnt work bathroom was not clean under sink blow dryer was covered with dust.

What you told me they were the best they had the best stuff I just wish they had souvenirs and stuff like that and cows other than that they were awesome

I would love for them to ask for more opinions have bottles on hand sippy cups wipes because when you don't have a car you can't get to where you're going no they ask me
