Stayed on the 12th floor and had a pretty awesome view of the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Cost was reasonable. Heated indoor pool.
The indoor pool closes at 10pm which is a little early for us. Our neighbor had the music blasting until 3 am
Employees are very friendly, nice, comfortable, and clean environment.
The TV signal kept going out non stop for the two nights we stayed.
The staff was very friendly, front desk Angie goes above and beyond for her customers, she made sure me and my family was very comfortable form start to finish.
Convenience.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I’m actually a so-called elite member but it didn’t help at all. Despite the friendly staff, the overall experience was marred by several shortcomings. The carpets appear to be outdated (think of the 1990s or so) and in clear need of replacement. Inconveniently, the coffee quality was subpar. You pay hundreds for one night and you end up with very poor quality of coffee. How about that??!! Additionally, breakfast hours were not adhered to, causing inconvenience. I go to the dining area at the time the suppose to open, only to wait and wait some more until someone comes and says if you want coffee just go up to the 14th floor we just put some up there. You wonder how management is in this “fancy” hotels and whether it really means anything that you are an “elite” member. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its amenities and services and leadership/management.
I left a glowing review yesterday, sitting poolside, about how the Sheraton had the best pool in the area, not only because it was open, but because it was the best. I've spent 15 of my last 30 days here, and found the pool closed today. I requested that the manager, Kyle B. call me in regards to this. The front desk suspected that it was a temp issue, but Kyle had the front desk call me back to tell me it was a pH issue with the pool. I'm a Chemical Engineer with over 50 years of pool maintenance experience, who has test strips with him, and found no issue. If one person complains about the temp of the pool in January it's on them. Temp is fine, pH is fine, my mood is off because I used the pool every day and this is bad for business. I have many more days of hotels on the horizon but you can disregard my previous review, with the exception of the house staff. They are still exceptional in the face of less than stellar management

I live in the area and hate coming near Sesame Place when it's open. However, I took a chance in the off season and was knocked out by this place. I remember when The Sheraton opened with Club Fizz downstairs, and it's still got it going on. The staff is 24 hour and are all the best, regardless of time. Cleaning staff is exceptional. Pool is the best in the area; most places don't even open theirs. I'm swimming when it's 3 degrees outside. I ended up on the 15th floor during my last stay, facing Philly, and that's my "go to" now. Lived here for 50 years and never saw the true landscape. That's worth the price of admission. I was in great need of solitude with amenities, and the Sheraton delivered. She is one classy lady! Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality!!! ps - the elevators are the fastest on Earth!
Having to sleep instead of looking out my window
Nice and clean, close to Sesame Place, had a pool
The hot tub wasn’t working, there was no shuttle to sesame place, the front desk person didn’t explain my charges

Way too expensive for value - can I get a discount or credit? Due to price I would not come back.
Price for value
Very clean
We did not have a free breakfast.
Pool area needs little maintenance. But it was good.
