Noise pollution was severe. Right outside the room was the ice machine and people were getting ice throughout the night. It was excruciatingly loud… There was no sleeping. And then the machine had some kind of blower in it that would turn on and it was like an engine or a vacuum or massive- fan absolutely awful experience. I didn't get more than a couple hours and not all at once. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this hotel and there were no earplugs in the room! I give my experience of 1 out of 10 because the whole reason I was there was to get SLEEP and I Didn't.
Severe noise pollution due to ice machine just outside door
The fact that every time we left the hotel and came back they greeted us

no daily room cleaning on a 2 night stay. Had to request next day coffee packets, and bathroom items.

It was so easy to book and the location is perfect. I had numerous choices of places to eat. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
The wind was blowing so hard the vent in the bathroom was making such a loud noise I had to leave the TV on all night withl the volume up.
Location to the hospital
This is the second time staying here and the second breakfast we’ve had where the homeless show up and they are half dressed showing bare chest and underwear because their pants are hanging down to their knees….
