todo fue de 10, nos tocó un habitación con muy linda vista, el desayuno era muy rico, ubicación bastante céntrica, destaco mucho la atención de Francisca y todo el personal de recepción, fueron muy amables en todo momento, sin duda volveré!

Desayuno poco variado y no reponían los productos.
Tuve un accidente en el baño que está atrás de la recepción, el tubo que sirve para los discapacitados estaba suelto, estaba hacia arriba, paralelo a la pared y al afirmarme de él cayó sobre mi ceja y me causo hinchazón inmediata, y al día siguiente tenía el párpado morado, escribí al supervisor de recepción y aún no me responde, ese tubo suelto es un peligro, si un adulto mayor o persona con discapacidad se afirma de ahí puede caerse y golpearse, este debe estar fijo hacia el suelo o con un seguro hacia la pared
