El desayuno, variado para todo tipo de persona
Las camas poco cómodas para la categoría del hotel Dispensadores de Jabón etc no funcionaban se pegaban , muy fría la habitación. El dispensador de agua no funcionaba bien lento para obtener agua uno para todo el piso las personas teníais que esperar .
Todo muy cómodo y limpio.
Tuve una pequeña emergencia medica y el hotel no tiene ningún tipo de ayuda en esos casos. Me sorprende que un hotel tan grande y caro no tenga al menos a alguien que preste servicios médicos básicos en caso de necesitarse.
La ubicación central y la atención del personal
Habitación con aire acondicionado malo, nos tuvieron que cambiar, para el precio deberían tener mayor mantención de las habitaciones.
Tienen en cada piso un dispensador de agua que casi no sale, no se entiende el servicio
Excelente ubicación, y aun que se encuentra al lado de Av. Libertad se escucha poco ruido. Las camas son muy cómodas y el personal muy amable.
