Modernes Hotel mit kleinem Verbesserungspotential, kann weiterempfohlen werden
Pros:

Hotel war in 10 min vom Bus aus zu erreichen. Die Lage war sehr gut, sodas wir Museen, Strand, Metro. Restaurants und Einkaufseinrichtungen fußläufig erreichen konnten. Das Frühstück hatte Hotelstandard. Gerne hätten wir uns noch etwas Gemüse wie Tomaten, Gurken oder Avocado gewünscht, Die Zimmer waren sauber. Für die Wasserspender um Flur stand eine Glaskaraffe zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren groß und sehr bequem.

Cons:

Vor der Zimmerübergabe hätte eine Qualitätsprüfung stattfinden sollen. Der Fernseher war defekt, wir hatten am nächsten Tag die Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wenn man in der Nacht die Toilette benutzt, muss für den gesamten Raum das Licht eingeschaltet werden. Es ist nicht möglich, das Licht separat einzuschalten. Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen vorhanden, kein Waschlappen. In der frühen Nacht gab es einen sehr durchdringenden Alarm, leider fanden die Durchsagen nur auf spanisch statt. Im Ernstfall wäre es für uns sehr schwierig gewesen.

Pros:

Me gustó la limpieza y estado general de las instalaciones. La calidad del descanso fue excelente, cama cómoda, habitación silenciosa y oscura. Fuimos con niños, y habitación con sofa cama y cuna.

Cons:

En general poco que reportar. El desayuno excelente, pero los huevos, si bien son los típicos de los hoteles, se agradecería una mayor personalización (huevos fritos, ponchado, o revueltos) para quien lo quiera.

Me encantó todo,la vista,la piscina,el desayuno espectacular,mucha variedad,la comodidad de tener estacionamiento, además la gente muy amable y muy atentos.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es que no se acumule comida en los pasillos de las personas que dejan sus bandejas y otros alimentos afuera esperando que se saque, ya que sale olor a comida.
Y lo otro que vería la opción de que no se tenga que encender la luz inicial de la pieza para ir al baño ya que mi mamá se despertaba a media noche y se prendía la luz de la entrada y alumbraba todo para entrar al baño o sino la luz no funcionaba.

Fuerte olor a desagüe en el baño, tema impactante que debiera ser solucionado con urgencia
En el desayuno, el fin de semana, se hacen pocos los mozos para limpiar mesas, reponer alimentos, reponer platos y tazas, café

Me gustó que nos permitieran hacer el check in antes, la amabilidad de todo el personal, sus instalaciones muy impecables. El desayuno buffet muy variado, con excelentes productos.
Lo mejor es que tienen un servicio para dejar bolsos para disfrutar de la playa cuando haces el check out.
Me hubiera encantado aprovechar más las instalaciones.
