La ubicación y el

No había agua caliente y las piezas bien mal tenidas.
Muy bien recibimiento y lugar limpio y lindo.
No llevaba el agua caliente a la ducha.
La atención de conserjería
El baño, sin elementos que normalmente están, como gorro de baño y otros. La ducha, atendida su forma sin cierre, provoca que salga el agua fuera del espacio.
Muy bien ubicado. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Rico desayuno. Estacionamiento funcionó perfecto.
No conseguimos ducharnos con agua caliente. Al parecer tuvieron un problema con eso. Solo se lograba agua tibia. La TV es bastante antigua y no pude conectarme a sistemas de streaming.

La infraestructura bastante buena. Estacionamiento, ascensor y la ubicación. También el personal muy amable.
Principalmente el aire acondicionado… realmente no funciona, la habitación es calurosa y el aire no permite enfriar, optamos por abrir la ventana pero al abrir como está en un lugar céntrico el ruido era insoportable, no pude dormir esa noche. También el agua caliente de la ducha se demora en llegar hay que esperar por lo menos 6 a 8 minutos (no nos complicó tanto). Y por último durante el desayuno la comida estaba fría. Las bandejas no mantenían el calor y las tenían apagadas, huevos revueltos helados junto a las salchichas. Incluso la máquina automática de café los entregaba tibios. No es un mal hotel pero fallan en cosas que no deben fallar. No vale lo que cuesta. Para la próxima no creo que elija este hotel. (La estadía fue de dos noches)
La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario, buena vista a la ciudad. La atención del personal de recepción muy atenta. La disponibilidad de estacionamiento se valora.
En el desayuno faltaba mas rápida reposición y en una ocasión los huevos revueltos estaban fríos, pero fue solucionado .
Reservé una habitación con sofa, que estaba con vista a la ciudad, pero en ninguna parte se me consulto si quería vista a la piscina o costa, o a la ciudad, y no fue posible cambiarla.

En el desayuno le falta cocción a los huevos revueltos y se tardan en reponer los alimentos que se terminan

La ducha no tenía gancho por lo que no se podía colgar.
