The king suite was A-Mazing. Very cozy, roomy and quiet. Would stay here again hands down. Very easy commute to Emory University Hospital and they offer the Emory rate when contacted ahead of time. Worth every penny.
The breakfast options were great. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are super soft. I’m picky about my bathrooms and this hotel met my expectations especially with the daily clean up.
Have to pay for parking but that was expected.

Location was amazing, facility was clean and plenty of food options within walking distance that can cater to anyone’s taste.
The only problem was the facility didn’t have my booking information and when booking sent another confirmation number. It still didn’t show up. Booking refunded me my money and the Hotel staff Shawn matched the price for booking. He knew how frustrating this was and has seen it before through third parties. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and accommodating in a stressful time.

Never could get the wifi to work. It kept saying it couldn't find us.
Pillows needed replacement as they were very flat once weight was on them. Common with most hotels though. We forgot to bring our own.

The hotel never received my reservation thru Booking. So we had to get another room. I have contested the charge to my cc because we didn’t have the room thru booking that we were supposed to have booked. We have paid twice for a room but I’m confident you will issue a credit for full amount.

Location was great for the activities we planned. So homey too
The rooms were beautiful and staff was so friendly.
There were random clumps of pubic hair or hair from a beard under the sink in the bathroom and randomnly throughout the bathroom and in the sink in the hallway, this just made me feel like the whole room was nasty after thing and to be such a nice hotel the beds were so uncomfortable.
