Disappointing due to bad communication and (no) feed back
Cons:

I stayed for three nights at the Hampton Inn while travelling on business. Upon check-out, I requested an invoice in order to claim the expenses from my employer. I was informed that, because the booking had been made via Booking.com, the hotel could not provide an invoice. Even after I insisted, this position did not change.
As a result, I am now experiencing difficulties with my employer (a government organisation) in reclaiming these costs. I have contacted the hotel multiple times—both via the Booking.com platform and directly—but have received no response.
I would therefore advise business travellers to avoid this hotel if booking through Booking.com, as the lack of invoicing and follow-up support can lead to significant issues with expense claims.

Pros:

I needed to cancel my stay due to the winter storm, but the event WILL be rescheduled for later this year and I WILL be rebooking for this location, primarily because they were so ynderstanding and helpful.

Pros:

The beds were comfy and there were several very nice restaurants within a short walk. The staff was happy to answer questions and very helpful.

Cons:

They were having issues with one elevator not stopping on the 2nd floor while we were there. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor.
