TOP!!! Schönes, kleines Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage an der St. Stephans Basilika. Sehr nettes und sehr freundliches Personal. Alles war Bestens für uns. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall die erste Adresse für unseren nächsten Budapest-Trip

The location is nice. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind (the best thing in this residence)

Cons:

It was not clean, we could see dust everywhere, there were fake lashes on the bed linen. The worst part was breakfast: when checking-in we went through the breakfast room and there were what was left from breakfast: the fruits rotten (bananas were fully black covered small flies on them). On the day when we had breakfast the fruits were okay but everything else was weird (for example there was a very dirty teaspoon (looked like it was covered in peanut butter and then licked) in the cutlery glass with clean cutleries). The pastries seemed liked they were bought last evening in Lidl.

Another issue was that during the night there was a noise like somebody tries to get into the room from the yard (i assume it was a construction or else but we weren’t warned about that in advance so it was weird).
