Pros:

La posizione sulla spiaggia, la vista del mare dalla camera, il sorriso dello staff.

Cons:

Si sono dimenticati di venirci a prendere all'aeroporto. La stata non è per niente isolata acusticamente, in un locale giusto a fianco l'hotel hanno cantato e suonato musica forte fino alle 3 del mattino, il che ha reso impossibile dormire per me e mia moglie.

הנוף לים מושלם, החדרים מרווחים, המיקום מעולה

Cons:

הצוות נכנס לחדר עם מפתח שלהם ללא דפיקה בדלת בזמן שהינו בחדר… מקומם . וגם דפקו בדלת כמה פעמים כשישנו ושמנו סימן ״ לא להפריע״ .
הברז במקלחת היה חצי מקולקל ( אי אפשר היה להעביר ממצב דוש למעלה למצב צינור).
התאורה במקלחת - חלק ממנורות שרופות. ההמתנה לחדר ארוכה יחסית ( למרות שהגענו אחרי זמן הצ׳ק אין )

The staffs were friendly and from the reception they were really helpful a receptionist girl named Rochelle was so nice she helped me the booking! And the food was excellent

Kvällsmaten var utsökt. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och gjorde sitt bästa trots strulet.

Utmärkt, mycket att väja på.

Cons:

Fick inte cheka in när jag skulle pga dubbelbokning. fick bo på ett annat mindre/sämre hotell första natten, behövde dock inte betala för första natten men hela den eftermiddagen var bortkastad. Strul med wifin i mitt rum så jag fick byta till ett rum där det fungerade.

The mosquitoes in the restaurant and the foyer were outrageous and needs some additional focus.

The lift that is out of service needs to be fixed - currently using the service lift and is very congested

Great views and good location with style.
Pros:

Wonderful location on the beach with a lovely sized pool.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that one of the key lifts was out of use, but that added to our fitness over the three days of our stay. Guests need to be aware that they need to revalidate there room card each day to maintain access to their room. We had not experienced this issue before, with all our years of travelling.

Duty manager was very abrupt and demanding- the place wasn’t as kept as I would have expected for the amount of money charged - didn’t feel particularly welcome - every place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka was very welcoming - not this one - disappointed

Check-in and checkout at reception was cumbersome, lengthy and disorganised even after booking via bookings.com. It seems to take 2-3 people and a whole lot of paper shuffling and searching for paperwork to checkin/checkout. The reception admin process needs fixing and efficiency. The process should bot take 25min.
