Pros:

Der var ikke noget her der var godt, ville virkelig ikke anbefale stedet til andre. De havde dog en vicevært der, som virkede til at være guld værd for stedet.

Cons:

Der var beskidt, badekarret lækkede, indtjekningstiden lang, beliggenheden var ikke god heller og til sidst personalet og hotelchefen var virkelig forfærdelige.. det var meget ubehageligt at være der.

Echt heel fijn!
Pros:

Het zwembad en het eten waren heel goed. Leuke ambiance en heel aardig personeel. De kamers waren heel ruim en netjes en het uitzicht op de zee was fenomenaal.

Cons:

De prijzen voor een airporttaxi. De transfer zou bij de prijs in zitten, maar ik had een bericht gestuurd of ik opgehaald kon worden, maar ze reageerden te laat en toen kon het dus niet meer.

Staff very helpful and accommodating, arrived in middle of night and was no worries. My wife is gluten free and they are aware of how to provide for. Everything clean and well presented.

Rooms and pool was good. Front office staff need to improve on customer service.

Cons:

The entrace, the buffet, the check in experience, the front office staff were having their own chit chats as if we were not there, it took almost 45 min to release the room to us mind you we reached there by 2.15 p.m. The buffet was not spacious and set up properly, even the action station was kept away from the buffet that we did not realise that it was meant for us until we asked (e.g it was kept on the open kitchen counter, no board), food was not that great, less variety. Pool bar was there but no one was available to request for drinks.

Paying a little more attention to customer care would make this a perfect hotel.
Pros:

The view was eye catching. Food was good. Bar and restaurants staff were helpful. Pool was well maintained.

Cons:

Staff at the reception were not helpful . Security person was rude. No staff member help us with our luggage when we were checking out. They have no safe place for parking. Air conditioner of room was set auto. So we have no option to control it. I requested an invoice. I didn’t get it yet.

A great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea with beautiful views. The room was very nice, the facilities were excellent, and the food was really good. We got maximum enjoyment for the money we paid.
