The wifi kicked us out all the time and we had to re-enter the code every 5min. When finally connected the wifi does not work good.

The pool is ok (not the cleanest area), however after midday there is full sun with absolutely no shaddow so it‘s not really a nice place to relax for few hours.

In general the hotel could be nice but they don‘t put in much work so you clearly see it‘s old. There is multiple pictures (peeling wall, black corners in shower, dirty walls, etc) in the reviews here depicting this. Shampoo utensils seemed to be used before.

All in all, to us it was not worth the money to stay there.

Der kunne være en del hundegøen om eftermiddagen fra standen, og hvis man er meget lyd sensible, kan havet/bølgerne høres om natten. Det generede ikke os.

Other staff was not friendly and they didnt about the hospitality

Elevatoren virkede ikke. Lidt røv.
Selvom vi blev opfordret til at bruge roomservice, så eksisterende den ikke. Vi prøvede at ringe ned til restauranten og bede om snacks og bobler - linjen virkede ikke.
Efter at have ringet til front disken, gav de os et nummer - som hellere ikke virkede.
Da vi ringede for anden gang og forklarede dem at det ikke virkede, så ville de ringe til os.
De ringede, dog på telefonen fra toilettet. Vi tog røret, ingen lyd.
Efterfølgende prøvede vi at gå derned og bestille - ned fra 7. Etage, uden elevator.
De sagde ja ja, de kommer op med det.
3 timer gik, intet skete. Klokken blev 22, og vi gik sgu i seng.

Ville normalt ikke prøve at bruge roomservice, men da de sagde at man burde. Så tænkte vi at det ville virke..

Udover det. Ok oplevelse. Lækkert værelse.

Superficially the hotel looked good. However, in our room the fridge didn’t work, the bedside light didn’t work, the phone to reception didn’t work, the air conditioning is set at 24.5 degrees throughout the building and could not be adjusted in individual rooms, despite advice to the contrary from the employee who showed us to our room (which raised the question of the adequacy of staff training); the room was uncomfortably hot when the afternoon sun beat down into the room. The shower was complicated to use. A short time after checking out, while I was waiting in the lobby, the receptionist came over to me and asked if I had “taken” (i.e. stolen) a bathrobe. I said that I did not even notice that there was a bathrobe in the room. A short time later the receptionist came back and said “All is OK”, but there was no apology for the wrongful accusation. Not impressed!

- after long long international flight, arrived at the property midnight. Pre booked in advance and communicated with staff few days ahead to verbally confirm car transfer. When arrived in the property the check in process was long and painful. Staff said they need to go up to check the room, during this process didn’t even turn on AC in the room. When we finally entered the room it was like a sauna. Made to wait at reception during this long process, reception area was very hot no ac, was eaten alive by mosquitoes.
Following all this, staff had technical issue in assigning our room, which included further wait.

After a very long travel, requested staff if we can have a bottled water. Staff informs they don’t provide that. Also staff was not sure when the gym facility opens next morning. One of the deciding factor in choosing this hotel was the availability of a gym.

La limpieza era nefasta, estaba la habitación con restos de comida, polvo y los cristales estaban sucios.
El hotel necesita una reforma, lleva sin mantenimiento mucho tiempo.
El wifi va fatal.

It was not clean - dusty in common areas and stains on sheets. Funny musty smell

The place looks cleaner in the photos than it actually is. The pool didn’t look very clean, so we didn’t swim there. The phone in the room was broken and the Wi-Fi was quite poor, but they kindly gave me access to the admin network because I needed to work, and I appreciate that.

The beach nearby is dirty. It’s not very pleasant to walk there in the evenings because there are many stray dogs that use the beach as a toilet. The waiters seemed very confused, as if it was their first day at work. The breakfast was also quite weak and limited.
