Close to the airport
Lovely large comfortable rooms with great view
They have a lovely rooftop terrace - shame the bar is on the bottom floor!
The dinner for the half board was very good. Breakfast had lots of options.
Loads of staff, however none appear to have any authority. Lots of people wandering around.
Our airport pick up failed to arrive, resolved 30 mins later, but not what you want after a long flight. This was despite confirming flight details (twice).
The check in man insisted on helping us to our room, but didn’t take any of our bags.
Our room request was ignored (although they said they would do it - after we’d already left???)
You can’t order drinks downstairs for the roof, you have to wait for someone to come upstairs, take your order, then they go and get them. Takes about 20 mins. Waste of time.
When checking out they make you wait 15 mins while they ‘check your room’. What for?? Makes you feel like a dishonest person, leaves a bitter taste and frustrating when you have a taxi waiting there.
This could be an amazing hotel - the management need a shake up.

Very comfortable beds and lovely downy pillows. Big spacious and airy rooms. Nice views and nice decor through the property.
No hot water whatsoever. Water was not even lukewarm. Complained to staff and they didn’t do anything about it.
Check in process was also very long despite us arriving late. We had to wait for 45 minutes. This was in the middle of the heatwave and no welcome drink was offered and we had to tell them to bring us some drinks.
We had put in a special request for a high floor and constantly reminded them about it but they offered the 2nd floor and needed to be reminded again for them to change it to the 5th floor.
Despite the long check in as they had to “inspect the rooms”, we were surprised to find out that the TV was not working. Despite attempts to fix it, they only allowed us an alternative room on the night before we checked out.
Aside from the service lift that goes up till the 1st floor, there is only one lift available to access all the floors so wait time is very very long. There was a day when the lift was not working so we had to climb up 5 floors. No effort was offered by the staff to rectify it immediately until I asked them about the service lift.
Overall very acceptable.

I loved the ocean view every morning with easy beach access.
The rooms are clean and comfortable
The staff especially the kitchen staff are amazing and have helped me feel like home. Manager Janaka and server Gayantas (sorry missed spelled) Hashna and other were amazing to my husband and I. Felt like a second home on vacation. We plan to return

The staff in the restaurant are terrible. It’s a shame because the food is good. They have no training, they brought out the wrong food multiple times, forgot items, normally I would never care about this stuff because of the language barrier but it was so noticeably bad. Train your staff management

The hotel was really lovely , situated in a lovely place overlooking the beach and a 2 minute walk to the motorbike rental shop
