Pros:

Sehr schönes Wellness Hotel, super ausgestattet und mit vielen verschiedenen Bereichen. Sehr gepflegt überall gibt es frische Handtücher und etwas zum trinken. Genug Liegen es gibt für jeden etwas. Super freundliches Personal. Einfach top

Pros:

Bestes Wellness-Hotel in dem ich je war! Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende, toller Spa-Bereich, schöne Pools und saubere Zimmer. Ich habe einige Unverträglichkeiten und Nahrungseinschränkungen aber die Küche ist sehr stark darauf eingegangen und hat immer eine Lösung gefunden. 10/10 can highly recommend!

Ruhig gelegen, tolles Essen, toll ausgestattetes Spa und Gym

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Aufbettung. Während in anderen Zimmern Kosmetikprodukte bereitgestellt wurden hatten wir nur eine kleine Seife. Für mehr als 400€die Nacht und ****S erwarte ich jedoch eigentlich dass diese Dinge auf den Zimmern sind. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden uns keine Produkte gebracht. Sehr schade und eher nicht Standard für diese Hotel Kategorie.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Alles rundherum, das Spa-Angebot, das schöne Haus, die schönen Zimmer und das gute Essen. Man kann hier eine tolle Auszeit nehmen und relaxen, vor allem bei dem Thermalwasserpools und Saunen

Service an der Bar dauerte wirklich sehr lange, auch wenn nicht viel los war

Heizung im Zimmer ging nicht, hat aber nicht interessiert. Niemand kam, trotz Mitteilung an die Rezeption.

Schönes Spa, schlechter Service
Pros:

Spa ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt.. Frühstücksangebot war super.

Cons:

Bei Anreise keine Infos erhalten, Karte in die Hand und abgefertigt. Im Spa Bereich ist überall (außer in der Sauna) Kleidungspflicht, dh man kommt aus der Sauna und zieht sich direkt an, das ist etwas umständlich.

Die Massagebehandlungen: 2mal dieselbe Behandlung gebucht, 2 unterschiedliche Behandlungen bekommen. Beide nicht was gebucht wurde und leider auch nicht zufriedenstellend (wurde dort auch angebracht und wir haben für 1 nur die Hälfte bezahlt)

Auf den Zimmern gibt's keinerlei Pflegeprodukte, wie man das aus Wellnesshotels kennt, lediglich einen Seifenspender.

Wir haben sehr viel Geld für unser Freundinnen Wochenende ausgegeben und wurden leider enttäuscht. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht.

Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
Pros:

Super tolles Hotel! Sehr netter Empfang und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, und wirklich alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Bar mit großartigen Barkeepern und hervorragenden Getränken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist wunderbar.Wir haben ein entspantes und wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht.Der Wellnessbereich ist großartig seihr weitläufig und es gibt alles was man sich wünschen kann.Das Essen ist herforragen genau so die Zimmer.Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern und sehr läd zum verweilen ein.Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wie das ganze Hotel sehr komfortabel auch auch gemütlich eingerichtet.Für uns war es ein tolles Wochenende wir kommen wieder.
