Pros:

This was a surprising gem in the heart of Orange. It was modern, neat, clean, well maintained and smelled nice. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It was quiet, the blackout curtains created darkness and the beds were so comfortable- you are going to have the perfect nights sleep. Staff in reception and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Great selection of coffee pods and tea. Comfortable couches to laze and watch TV. The extra touches in the room were appreciated. The town centre with all major shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Popular coffee spot across the road. What more could a traveller ask for? I know this is where I would stay if visiting again.

Loved the stay overall
Pros:

All amenities were there fir our stay. Appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, sugar, pepper and salt. Cooking facility and microwave appreciated.
Louge and beds were comfortable and thoughtfully placed.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom from either washer tubes or drains. we did inform the front desk but the problem remained to al degree.

A pleasant stay which met my needs and expectations

The apartment was very spacious and cosy. Clean and in great condition. The little extras like welcome chocolate & wine bottle were lovely. Also the sleep spray & tea are nice touches.

Pros:

There was no breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated but I was not told about that when I booked. Also there was no discount for the lack of this facility

Cons:

The clocks had not been set at the correct. time. The bedding smelt sweaty. the ironing board was very difficult to stand up and remain standing and then was wobbly. A broken curtain rod and other fittings in need

Tranquil and beautiful apartment stay.
Pros:

Great location and great staff. Very clean and the apartment was very spacious. Fridge was a decent size for 4 adults and one chile. Showers were so soft and the bathrooms had all the amenities. Very quiet and an excellent bbq area on the roof top.

Cons:

The dishwasher was not very efficient and didn't clean properly despite us trying the longest and hottest program. I think it was the dishwashing liquid they provided us with. The master bedroom and one of the other two bedrooms were both great, but it got very warm at night without any windows. Luckily each bedroom had an aircon.
