I was impressed with the room we stayed in and the staff.
Pros:

The location was close to every thing. The staff were very helpful and polite.

It would be good if they had more off street parking.

Cold showers!
Pros:

Rooms were ok. Good facilities available

Cons:

Fridge sounded like a generator … all night long.
No hot water for 2 nights in a row. Called the reception, they said they would “look at something” but never got back to me. Had a to wait till 10pm for hot water to return to shower my children. Zero care by staff!

A short notice urgent stay was unexpectedly turned into a delightful mini-break staying here.
Pros:

Stylish, uncluttered rooms with thoughtful touches using local suppliers eg ground coffee from small local roaster, pillow spray and bedtime teabags from other locals. And a cherry ripe - yum!

Would recommend and stay here again next time.
Pros:

The location was convenient to the Main Street and food and shopping. The complex was well set out. Lifts were always available. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.

Cons:

We booked a studio and although expecting it to be small the bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre in.

Quest Orange
Pros:

Great location and facilities. Quest Orange is close to the train station and the Orange City Centre, which makes you stay easy and accessible. The staff are friendly and engaged and the apartments are perfectly sized. With the addition of the new on-site Restaurant, Monty's, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the stay at Quest has become an elevated experience.
