Everything
The extrad- tea 2 and drinks on arrival.
Hard to park.
Modern, stylish and accommodating rooms.
I’ve stayed in Quests elsewhere (and they we ok) but it was here I realised they are franchised and so run by different people. Which clearly makes a difference because in Orange the Quest is a few cuts above.
Lovely staff, a very well kept property and a lot of small great touches you’d only find at high end hotels like a welcome drink, fancy calming tea on your pillow and quality coffee in the room (both Nespresso and ground coffee with a plunger - but didn’t need these as there is a great cafe directly over the road). They clearly support the local community including a booklet on stuff to do and promoting local events around the hotel.
We were there with a group of 20 and they were very accomodating offering two different size conference rooms. An excellent experience. Will be back.
