WoodSpring Suites Lake Jackson

The hallway floors were not the best presentation wise. Very dated, full of stains, and the doors also seemed very dated as well. As I came into my room, I uncovered a bag and some random item that was left atop the room shelf, not removed from what I’m assuming was from a previous guest’s stay.

Elevator was out

No ice machine, staff not helpful, elevator out, bathroom on the first floor out of order, not enough towels and asked but none available. Not enough soap and shampoo. It was not a good experience.

Staff could have been friendlier when we got there. There was food left in the fridge when we checked in, and a cockroach in the shower.

We arrived on Sunday June 28th and checked out on Sunday July 5th, which reservations had already been booked way in advance. When arriving the desk he/ she was rude. Seen the sign that said elevator was out of order, asked when would it be repaired he/ she said hopefully on Monday. Ok fine but never once tell us that we had the option to cancel our reservation and them waving fees, until the next day we asked if by chance the elevator would be fixed. And the nice young lady at the desk stated I hope so but not sure. Asked when we arrived we said Sunday, she then stated they should have told ya”ll if you didn’t have to say and the fees would be waved. I stated to her that the he/she never mentioned it to us, if that was the case we either wouldn’t be asking again or we would have looked elsewhere. To say everyone at hotel was nice and helpful except for the he/ she person. Also on Thursday we did our laundry and asked he/ she if by chance there was a laundry basket we could use because there wasn’t one in our room. Again he was very rude walk in where they keep there supplies and walked out and said no basket. Later we our out in lobby area and this sweet older lady sees us with a grocery bag in our hand and says would you like me to put that in trash for you, I stated no we are putting our clothes in it due to no basket in room. She the older lady says let me get you one, walks in supply closet and comes out with a basket. Hmmmm but there wasn’t no basket the first time.

Asked staff for extra pillows said they were fully booked and had no extra pillows only 2 on the bed and what hotel does no keep extra pillows and linens bed was hard

Estaba sucio y mucho mold en el baño..$118 por ese tipo de habitacion me parece muy caro...

1. The pillows where not good at all, we did as the person at the desk for more pillows however was told we could not get anymore.2.the Hotel elevator was out. 3, the building smelled like it got wet from a flood.. 4. Too expensive not to serve some sort of breakfast.

The trash can had Taco Bell in it, not mine……. The queen sized was efficient but extremely uncomfortable.

The room was terrible. The sheets has crusty yellow stains, the fridge and freezer did not work and the fridge started making a knocking sound at 2 in the morning. There was no blow dryer in the room and the hallways smelled like chemicals.

The add stated there would be breakfast.

Wall are to thin. Could here everything in other rooms.
