Pros:

Nice and clean, staff was beyond courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast just wasn't great. The pillows are horrible. My daughter and I both had terrible sleep. Need all different pillows. The room temperature was super hard to regulate. The A/C kicks on so loud, comes out full blast until you freeze, but then kicks off and lets the room get 1-2 degrees hotter than the setting before kicks in again. Strange. Can't sleep well with the change in temps every 40min.

Pros:

The lady working the breakfast room is a gem. Such a nice lady who keeps everything so clean and well stocked. Bed was quite comfortable-slept 😴 well!

Cons:

They are working on it so I'm sure it will be a lot cleaner in the future. We'll see when we come back in March.

The staff was accommodating
Pros:

Beautiful, Amanda was very accommodating and do her best to resolve any issues we encountered!

Cons:

There were ants in the room. Fridge didn’t stay cold almost seemed like it was on its last leg!
