Staff and design. Cosy rooms. Good neighborhood with bars and near downtown.
Nice bedlinnen and the soap was super nice I wanted to eat it it smelled so nice.

A lot of doors but the system does work.

Great value for money during SXSW! Walking distance to most SXSW locations as well as supermarkets.

Cons:

The room is quite noisy, especially during SXSW. Bring earplugs!

Fun vibe in a cool little community.
Pros:

Fun boutique hotel in the middle of a fun community. Lots of shops and eateries/bars/breweries to walk to. Close to downtown which was an easy and cheap uber ride. Loved all the personal touches (real plant in the room). Felt like home.
